Really awesome task management software
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Wrike is a very easy to set up and use task and lightweight project management software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Wrike is a bit too lightweight. It would be nice to have some gantt charts and ability to set dependencies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
lightweight project and task management that doesn't necessarily fit in with the level of management provided by MS project

Wrike is a great task manager
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration is so easy with Wrike. The platform is intuitive and allows you to organize your information and tasks in so many ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no time tracking tool which would be very nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to organize and assign tasks and collaborate across teams. Awareness of responsibilities and task status has increased. Productivity is much improved.
Great for cross-departmental project work
What do you like best about the product?
Awesome and fast setup. I was able to have an unlimited number of projects, time-tracking and build dashboards and reports.
- easy synergies and shared task setup, full connectivity to the contributing team
- so reliable, I think for the entire time the teams used it, I haven't heard about a glitch or any unavailability, which was so crucial to bring the bits and pieces people contributed to one bigger project.
- we were mostly using Macs but one or the other stray who was on windows based computers and compared to many other platforms we worked with, with Wrike it really didn't matter and the usability was the exact same

What do you dislike about the product?
really pricey, hard for smaller organizations to implement. I was not involved in the pricing conversations but was frequent told that we really can just provide licenses to users who are actively involved in projects, and did not provide licenses to users just for transparency, as a view-only to keep them in the loop of progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized pm-tool, managing big variety tasks with project groups, or contributor. easy measurement of resource availability and project status

What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is simple and easy to use to manage projects and tasks in a small company.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would really like to see better integration with other software platforms. For example, integration with Office 365 is minimal at best.

Wrike helps us coordinate projects aimed at improving our product offering and for compliance oversight.

needs a more visual representation of projects, folders in the left bar tend to get lost, needs a better system for archiving projects

hard to understand in the beginning, can be confusing, app sometimes mixed up the different tasks i put in - they would appear in different projects or not be checked off

What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is very easy to start using, I had no training on it and picked it up quickly. I like all the custom form options within the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the help section pretty confusing, and there were a few times where I couldn't find an answer to my question and had to reach out to my Acct Exec. It feels like there are a lot of functionalities that I am not using simply because i dont know they exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike helps keep all our projects on track, It makes life much easier for a project manager, but the rest of the users complain they dont see the same level of usefulness.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that it integrated with google calendar and that each person could take public or private notes during meetings. The interface is sleek and aesthetically pleasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The timer that began at each meeting. The countdown in red was kinda stressful to witness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a platform that could organize our meetings better. We've been using Confluence for notes, but found it heavy. We went back to using google docs since it's easy to edit with multiple people and the document updates in real time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The timer should be optional.

Having one place to keep all files related to specific projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not been able to fully figure out the function for seeing everyones workload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has been able to stay communicating and on the same page with our heavy project load. We have seen a more optimized work flow throughout the dept.
