I haven't seen anything else that could handle complex processes as well
What do you like best about the product?
We were able to take a process I developed in Trello and replicate and then improve it in Wrike Enterprise almost overnight. Fortunately, a Wrike employee (outside of sales and support) was familiar with the type of work we do and offered to assist in set-up and training.
Processes are easy to modify. Access to tasks is easily managed and only those who need to see information have access. Easy to train people - I have onboarded about 70 people around the world without much challenge (although they don't always remember well).
The new request forms are icing on the cake. We didn't request them, but I give thanks to those who did as they made my life a lot more productive by moving some work I had to do to those requesting the work.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish all the email addresses of everyone using the system were not public because we use it for collaborators and clients who don't all know each other. Even if we didn't, I can't imagine the CEO of a corporation really wanting their email available to everyone in the company.
I love that they have how-to videos, but wish they would leave the background music behind voices off. Many people, like me, hear music louder and voices softer and have difficulty understanding what is being said or get headaches from the loud music.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Wrike to manage complex workflows and direct requests for freelancers to the talent who can fulfill the request. It became impossible for me to keep up with all the pending work using the combination of Trello and Skype we used before. Now I can filter by person or status and follow-up to keep work moving forward and increase the income of everyone involved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a way to implement what could normally only be done in a custom-programmed platform, you should definitely look at Wrike. Be sure to compare Wrike Pro with Wrike Enterprise because one may work better for you than the other. They are substantially different. Four our use, Enterprise works much better.

Great combination of features and simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike does a great job providing enough features that you can use it to manage complex projects, but still remaining simple enough that it is intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would really like their "requests" feature to be available for non-enterprise plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now collaborative much better across multiple teams in our organization, and have good visibility into what is being done, and by whom.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good tool for larger teams
Awesome tool for team project management
What do you like best about the product?
I just recently started using Wrike and have been very impressed. I was previously using Trello which I always found very clunky and slow. Wrike's UX is excellent and within minutes of logging in for my first time I was able to understand where I needed to go/what to do. I request design and other assets through Wrike and love how easy the updates are. We have also set up a Slack integration which alerts me whenever projects are completed or have a status change I need to know about.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I dislike so far. As far as a team project management, I think it does a great job with setting up alerts, statuses and the ability to communicate with others within the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management between different departments. We've been able to speed up design projects and easily manage the workload between the amount of requests our design team gets and when they are completed.
Great Project Management and Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Our organization started using Wrike a couple months ago. It's a great tool for managing projects and keeping teams collaborating and discussing work. We love the @ feature to quickly tag and talk to someone in the system about a project or something that needs to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still unfamiliar in setting up all the restraints on projects and deadlines and then replicating it for future years/projects of similar nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A realized benefit is it keeps a project more on task and moving things forward with set deadlines.
Wrike for managing tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is easy to use and can share tasks lists easily with co-workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't integrate with our authentication system because didn't want to agree to the privacy terms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud-based, easy, feature-rich project and task management tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I find most tools in this space either limited or too hard to use. This one has a lot of features yet is pretty straightforward to use.
So far so good. Some niggles.
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike customer success team has been a real highlight. They've been very accessible with regards to what we want out of the system and any feedback.
Good for task tracking and boards. Managing end to end projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can get very messy without the right Governance structure in place.
Not a lot of automation for some of the things the tool should be able to do.
Some features are not well thought through,by extension user experience is sometimes broken.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help to resolve project management tracking, resource management, visibility and capacity reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you practice more traditional waterfall project management practices, Wrike is a great place to start. If you practice Agile, it can be trickier, but not impossible to roll-out Wrike.
Excellent project management tool for the IT industry... Hidden gem!
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the ease of use of the program... It was a very useful asset at my last job as we had many medium-scale projects and tasks running at any given time (all multi-step processes). Wrike helped us to easily view our progress and manage our completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the program took awhile to get used to. I know that most of that is user-oriented, but there were functions that could've been a little easier to manipulate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were solving problems of efficiency. We had to replace all of the old Wireless Access Points in the building, so we were able to lay out all of the rooms that needed to be done and get to them in a timely manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wrike is the ideal solution to managing multi-step and multi-level projects. This software promotes efficiency and timeliness and does its job quite well.
Just meh
What do you like best about the product?
Creates a paper trail of work as assigned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to track longterm projects to completion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of ongoing work
Great solution for project management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign tasks and track the progress of projects were great features. I also loved the ability to email tasks into Wrike, it made the process very efficient. Wrike helped keep our team on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving tasks was extremely difficult and not intuitive. It's also not the best solution for event management since the calendar feature doesn't work well for that. We had to use another solution for events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team used Wrike for project management as well as team collaboration. Wrike really helped keep us organized and on top of everything.
