Wrike was an answer to our project management prayers
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike allow us to collaborate as a team better than any other project management system we tried - and we tried a lot of them. Their focus on templates for repeatable tasks is so helpful and reduces the burden of recreating tasks over and over that creates a barrier from wanting to use the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of time to learn the system because of it's complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike solved many challenges we had with keeping our various teams in sync. It has allowed better collaboration, more streamlined processes and has helped us keep our projects on track.

Good Tool, fantastic visualizations especially for Gantt Charting
What do you like best about the product?
Gantt Visualizations / New Board Views are Fantastic. Also love the ability to dynamically ask and answer questions around "What if" and other such pieces of true project management that are frequent issues across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications can be a bit cumbersome; however, once fully setup they are quite useful. It just takes a moment. I also dislike the general feel; however, the overarching interface could use some fine tuning; however, that is also just the nature of a PM suite as a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to provide for a task visualization for Gantt charting and other forms of project collaboration. As well the notification features are fantastic overall to ensure that you are able to get what you need from the product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would continue to improve the overarching UI of the product.
Good product, but I like Asana more
What do you like best about the product?
I think the platform is pretty easy to use, but I like the dashboard of Asana more.

Sometimes it's difficult to see what tasks I need to complete

Various business problems, lots of benefits to Wrike.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to converse about a project in Wrike.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that Wrike tends to be difficult to read because it gets cluttered easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're mostly giving feedback on ongoing projects.
Wrike helped organize our small marketing team
What do you like best about the product?
A smaller but heavily used feature for us is the iCal calendar export. Using Wrike, our marketing team is now able to share the many calendars we keep with all stakeholders at our company. From a project management perspective, Wrike is our collaboration hub that allows our geographically dispersed team work effectively and seamlessly, whether in office or on the road through the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're quite impressed with the tool - perhaps a more robust in-app calendar would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better collaboration and transparency regarding our task delivery, both within and outside of our marketing team. We're able to track and monitor performance against objectives much more efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool! Keep in mind that in order for a successful implementation, like any software, complete buy-in from all team members is critical. We had some issues in this regard with some members diverting to the "old way", however, we're much more efficient now that everyone is swimming in the right direction and using the product.
Project managment with Wrike
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is an easy time tracking system within each project. I also like that files can be attached as well as discussion within the project itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many notifications when someone comments on a project or it's status changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We offer creative services to other businesses. We find wrike has benefited us with team collaboration and project management by helping us stay connect through various states of the project.
Project Management with Wrike
What do you like best about the product?
Similar to MS Project; Online with email reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve for those new to project management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing new manufacturing products to market.

I like the way Wrike operates (for me, better than Basecamp)
Solid tool for task management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to view my current tasks that need to be completed. Daily to-do's are helpful as well. Being able to mark the status of a task is also a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the interface / design could be a bit cleaner and simpler. Also, I do not always easily find what I need through the search function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project collaboration is much smoother using Wrike to organize and coordinate tasks. As I share tasks with other consultants, this is essential.
A good way to get everyone on the same page
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone was able to see which projects were active and then what the remaining tasks were to ensure it to completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing was a bit more than we wanted, but it was a good sacrifice.

People used to be confused as to what projects/tasks were pending and Wrike helped to easily lay it all out. L
Great app for keeping all tasks organized
What do you like best about the product?
Familiar folder-like UI, gantt-chart, project-templates, responsive dev. team with good customer dialoque was important factors. Custom workflow, if you spend even more money (eg. tasks not just 'to be done' or 'complete' but you can customize, like: 'proposed' 'authorized' 'done; needs review' 'signed off' 'evaluated' etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
Security: If you don't pay out for enterprise, you don't have granular security (any editor can move/rename folder and tasks)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike has proved to be a brilliant project management tool for the Web Development Team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The main thing about Wrike is that all its features (the Gantt chart, reports, workload view, Activity Stream etc) are cross-project.
