Brillient product for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and a lots of features that make the life of the manager and user very easy. It is like my wundelrist. I can easily communicate with my team and share important updates with them. Also, it helps me plan my sprints better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many. I would probably like it to better integrate with my outlook. Other than that I love the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage my product management and marketing tasks. I also collaborate with my team to get things done. I can tag people, comment, add timelines, assign projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great product. Highly recommend this for your day to day management.

Good product, Hope to see it grow
What do you like best about the product?
Templates, resourcing, and visibility into the rest of our company's workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bit of learning curve, especially for a team that needs to get up and running quickly. Reporting solutions could be more robust

Trying to have a company-wide unified project management platform with analytics

We use Wrike to manage our workload, and to keep track of all of our active projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit messy, with lists in lists in lists etc. And still doesn't suit the way we work with projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workload Management/Resource management
Wrike is Like... friggin sweet (if you like bad things)
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing, this software is really bad. Nothing works as it should and no one should use this.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't update printing tickets, marking a task as complete does not mark subtasks as complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to solve productivity, but it just made it worse.

DOn't get it
An efficient and organized means of keeping all projects accounted and approved for.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about using wrike is in the ability to communicate (on the platform) to your fellow colleagues by commenting and tagging. The authorization feature also allows for a clear way of ensuring that all work is accounted for and all those involved in the project will be notified accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I actually dislike about using the platform. I guess the only thing I would suggest is to improve the tutorial videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit to using this platform is its ability to record and easily track every project, conversation, comment and attached files for any report or campaign listed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the tutorial videos to ensure full use of its capacity.
Good Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to use the software across multiple teams. It's really easy to create tasks or subtasks and assign to other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about the software. I only see it from a user perspective so I don't see all sides of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management.
Best Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build projects from scratch, you can create tasks and assign in one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to generate statics for example in time in each activity, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing our IT projects with this tool, assigning taks and using as collaborative tool.
A solid option with great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer service is the best in the business!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major here. It takes a bit to learn how best to use it, but that is the case with any program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply becoming more organized was our main goal. Everyone being on the same page and eliminating wasted time.

My use of Wrike
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the ease with which you could look at tasks that were due and how easy it was to mark them as complete. It was also nice and easy to add tasks for others to do. THe automated workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the menu options I found to be a bit confusing. I think they could have done a better job setting up the overall navigation of the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This was incredibly useful when working as part of a team that was spread over a large distance that made in person meeting incredibly hard to achieve. It allowed each member of the work team to know where the other member was and what they were working on.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with mail to create new tasks from email messages
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at this time.

Managing projects across multiple teams and personas. Wrike provides transparency across teams -- we're all using the same tool and see the same data.
