Solid Task/Project Management for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible structure. Tons of features. Not too expensive to get started. Really great support thus far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike the different levels... we have 6 people on our team but only 5 have full access, because after 5 it becomes much more expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've seen a jump in productivity and better communication since implementing. Wrike combined all of our separate to-do lists and provided analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great solution. Cost point can be a bit high, but features are unparalleled and support is great.

A powerhouse in project management
What do you like best about the product?
Working on Wrike for many months, I feel this is a powerhouse for project management. An all-in-one stop for collaborating on teamwork. The internal emails almost went down to zero and all the tasks and projects got centralized. This is a tool that helps in all areas to do high-level planning to next action execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of its heavyweight, the functionality sometimes feels overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and manageing a remote team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure the whole team goes through the training to get to know Wrike's functions.
User friendly, reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to read, sort, and reports can be made easily and shared across team members. Each task has a log of any changes or updates made, and you can track several fields within a task. Very good for project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much accounting functionality for project cost tracking, especially if you want to track a budgetary change. Also baseline doesn't record how a timeline has moved over time, slide isn't adequately captured. For many industries this may not be an important functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have developed a core team matrix that can be changed as needed, as well as tracking products in business pipeline based on their status of development. We also track submissions and responses to regulatory agencies that are needed in post development product maintenance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't need something as complicated, cumbersome, and expensive as SharePoint, definitely consider Wrike. Great for Agile, instantly refreshed reports (think: daily, weekly, monthly), and great change tracking. Not for complicated accounting.
It's just ok
What do you like best about the product?
File structure is easy to use but set up is tedious
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited function in lower bandwidth situations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration is easier
A+ Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike provides a completely integrative and transparent solution for you and your design team. It allows you to set tasks, goals and deliverables on both a micro and macro scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slight disorganization from a UX point of view with regards to projects, tasks and folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am setting goals for my team while creating a streamlined timeline of deliverables from start to finish. It completely eliminates emailing and communication/internal misunderstandings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a fully integrated micro management solution, this is the tool for you. Every person is held accountable from start to finish. Easy to set goals amongst the team and overall project.
Nice software, just too static
What do you like best about the product?
This was a pretty decent project management software. I was using the freeware version. So while I didn't have all the bells and whistles one could see it gave you timelines, critical paths etc.
Was relatively intuitive, and easy to use.
Was relatively intuitive, and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I stopped using it for three major reasons.
1. It isn't really graphical (like Trello, which isn't really a project management tool)
2, It's very difficult to get people to use PM tools, and my partners weren't using it.
3. The cost to move to the full version wasn't worth the dollars (based on 1 and 2).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
starting a project and manage all the pieces. We stopped using it because of lack of buy-in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy-in in PM software is absolutely important. You need something that is easy to use, and time saving. Traditionally based software, no matter how pretty, is a tough sell.
Solid Project Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. UX was clearly a priority in the development process. Small things like drag-and-drop attachments, date editing from lists rather than only in-task, and a strong email integration make a big difference in productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more visibility into project or task details from report views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike replaced Workfront (formerly AtTask), and has brought huge improvements to our team's project management. Our processes used to be very cumbersome, time-consuming, and confusing, and are significantly improved with a user-friendly system. Wrike gives me as a manager much easier visibility into my team's work than I previously had, which helps me guage bandwidth and forecast potential problems/bottlenecks sooner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Solid system - it's worth considering if you need a robust, but easy-to-use project management system.
A fantastic Basecamp of Active Collab replacement
What do you like best about the product?
The notification systems and file hosting has made project management and content production a more efficient process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The job sorting and project listing feature on the left hand side could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as our main project management and documentation home for all internal and external projects at the agency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If documentation, collaboration, notifications and real time updates are a priority, I'd encourage you to consider Wrike as an option.
It was very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that it was easy to use and many colleagues understood it well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times where we had problems getting it to run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with getting organized and helps everyone on the team understand better.
Wrike review
What do you like best about the product?
I like Wrike for its flexibility and comprehensiveness. I can create custom fields to suit your needs, view the task on the list, board, table and even timeline mode. I can also create custom report to display information that I need and sharing report with other user or public is such a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it's a dislike but more as recommendation and improvement as I witness Wrike keeps improving over the time. When I use List view, I can only show due date instead of start date. If I have option to select start date or even custom date, I think it will be beneficial. Getting more integration would be another recommendation that I hope to happen as currently, they are somewhat limited even though there is API option to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralised communication is solved using Wrike so we don't have to trace back the emails. Visibility of task status and notification are another solution provided by Wrike.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool - fun and simple to use. Available as full desktop applications as well as mobile device application.
