Wrike
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to track my work and see what other members of the team are working.

You can take advantage of the free trial so it doesn't hurt to try and see if it meets your needs.

Painfully rigid for a product marketed for Agile Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Analytics on projects and tasks and audit trails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything else. Even the UI is clunky from a user's perspective. Impossible to adjust to different workflows without a dedicated PM from marketing ops involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross functional team collaboration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure you have a dedicated PM who is vigilant in managing wrike for other teams workflows!
Good at managing large projects like product launches and tradeshows
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the straightforward panel view of navigation, tasks, and task details. Being able to replicate previous projects helps tremendously for product launches and trade shows that have a myriad of tasks. Being able to tag tasks in multiple folders is also a must have function.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program lags and may not fully function in different browsers. It's nice that is collaborative, but I feel that it also slows it down sometimes.
One thing I would really like Wrike to create is a project template feature. Instead I've created a "template project" that I replicate, but if they had an option to build up templates separately, these overdue blank tasks wouldn't live in our navigation panel and take up space

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've really been able to reduce the floating email and message tasks. The platform increases communication and accountability since everything is time stamped. Reduces the stress between employees receiving and communicating communication of tasks.
It does what it needs, although I have to say that not all users adopt and check as they should, so it's only as good as the effort workers put in.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you allow your team to chip in what kind of process you'd like to set in stone after a month or two of working through it.
Wrike may be right for you!
What do you like best about the product?
Provides a great interface for gathering tasks and project related items into a single view that can be shared between users and across multiple projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email notifications are frustrating and the mac app doesn't integrate with the browser seemingly at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management is all in one place!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you share the folders - not just the tasks!
Lots of Potential, not a lot of success
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see what you have to do today in a list form quickly. I think there is a way that it could be used properly if the entire team is on board with the processes to use within the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of prioritization, and how many ways there are to get to things that it seems as though things get lost ALL THE TIME. The dashboards can be set up in an organized way, but when looking at "my work" it seems to be in a crazy order and cause panic and confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, working on a lot of projects at once and keeping them organized in a specific place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your whole team uses it the same way, i think too many ways of use are implemented at my company causing confusion and disorganization
Everyday Use
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about wrike is that I can assign a task and see it being worked on in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Do not like the email lag in notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time tracking and project assigning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend other agencies to use Wrike to keep track of time, due dates, and assign tasks. At past places I worked there was a project manager who was in charge of due dates. Using Wrike it is easy for a Brand Manager to assign a due date and get it checked by a project manager before the task goes to a creative team members. Agencies should use Wrike!
Project and company management at its finest
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use with Wrike. There are so many ways to customize it to work for your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the features we need at Enterprise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management which has directly attributed to substantial hard cost savings. Visability to where project are and where help is needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very powerful tool when implemented correctly and used consistently by the team. Like any software it's only as good as the information that is entered.
Terrible experience
What do you like best about the product?
it has a lot of useful features, that many established companies can take advantage of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to get everybody on it. Also didn’t help that their team said we can get out of contract, but sent me to collections anyway
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted the office to be more organized and transparent with tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s a good software if your team all adopt it. Useless if they don’t.
Doesn't make collaboration easy.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to access Wrike via an app or desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesnt make it easy to share documents or assign projects to others. Can't just add documents. You have to purchase a license for each user, even external.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project mamagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider your users, if you plan to include external users it will require additional licenses.
