Tool which you can rely
What do you like best about the product?
The software looks great, so people who haven't been project managers before are less intimidated. We have just moved on Wrike and havenot done so much but whatever i felt in the last couple of days, it was better than our previous project management software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it integrated into Outlook on a Mac. Sounds like a great feature for PC users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to have a snapshot of what's been assigned to all 10 members of my team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try with actual projects, test all the options it has. L

What do you like best about the product?
Projects are all in one place and communication is kept in one spot.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a big learning curve with Wrike and it takes a while to fully utilize the tool to its best capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a floor with MANY different departments. Wrike helps us keep all of the brands and departments compartmentalized and easily accessible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a place where your team can collaborate in a strategic way Wrike is the place for you.
It also works for small businesses - my dad has a small startup and it changed the way his employees communicate.

Good but could be easier to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting tool. You can create and run your own reports to see what your team is working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are features that are difficult to use and not the most intuitive. I would like there to be more options for reporting as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with project management and being transparent in terms of what everyone is working on.

I like that I can make tasks and subtasks that have the ability to assign to people and track their progress. I also love how you can send reminders to others when a project needs to get back on the top of the priority’s lists. It also has a great app that keeps your work mobile. Great program!

the phone app sometimes crashes and I will have to delete and re-install.

I have been able to get projects complete that would otherwise sit at the bottom of my pile.

When I need a project management platform yesterday, turn to Wrike. With plenty of ways to integrate with other apps and services and very quick setup, Wrike is a great choice.
Excellent Tool for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Collaborating and assigning subtasks in a project has been the best. Dashboard keeps track of the work that needs to be done and upcoming with workflows showing how the other tasks can be affected. Has good integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
Slack integration needs to be worked on. Version control needs to be improved and also needs to work on their pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management is a lot easier by creating subtasks, assigning due dates and process workflows are set up much easier and assigned faster and more accurately. Lacks good slack integration which is a turn off other than that this has been a helpful tool for getting the job done on-time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wrike has some good integration with other platforms to make work easier. If you used Trello and are looking for a better interactive UI and file sharing project management tool, Go for this.

Wrike has been extremely useful for campaign and project management. This allowed me to collaborate with my team while being away from the country. I knew what was happening and if we were on schedule as per the plan.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would be great if we could have a budgeting options which would be extremely useful when using the software for marketing campaigns.

Very Overwhelming at First
What do you like best about the product?
I am about 3 months into using Wrike. The things I like best about Wrike so far are the people behind it. They were very easy to communicate with while getting started. Wrike is one of those tools that can do the same thing in a lot of different ways. The different ways to view your tasks helps my group be able to customize how they stay organized. The customizable dashboards are my favorite part because I can see exactly what I want to and hide other elements that crowd my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about wrike is that you can't hide any function. There are multiple ways to view the tasks in a project which is great to give everyone what they like but I wish there was a way to hide the ones I know I will never use. Besides that I think there are a few glitches in wrike that need to be worked out and I don't like that the chat feature is separate from my desktop wrike app. Once you get the hang of it and have all of your dashboards customized it makes the flow a lot easier. We are still working on the dependency feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our project management flow currently. We needed something to organize our workflow and make sure no tasks were being missed. It has helped us stay on top of projects as well as look at our overall workload and distribute things more evenly when needed. We still have a full time project manager that is basically our Wrike manager. With its complexity we really need a full time person dedicating time to inputing tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize their customer support. We were able to get someone on the phone fairly easily when we had a problem and needed help figuring things out.
Wrike is great!

The UX could be a little prettier, but that's not a huge deal.
