Powerful, high learning curve, good for over achieving organizers.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the power of Wrike - how amazingly customizable it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, its also very overwhelming and you have to be really careful of setting up too much process just for process sake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We got into Wrike to smooth out our customer on-boarding process - make the time to launch faster. It most definitely achieved that! It centralized the process, keeps everyone following the same plan and gives LOTS of reporting options.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a champion who is committed to learning the product and spending the time to configure it and learn to admin it well.

Best project management platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way job could be organized in Wrike.
Gantt Chart with easy access to tasks.
Workload feature helps a lot to organize multiple tasks at once.
Stream - it's vital to be able to see all the changes made.
Dashboards - best feature to prioritize everything for everyone.
Internal collaboration - using comments to discuss all the details with your team or clients .

What do you dislike about the product?
Table view - improvements should be made, currently SUM and AVG math functions available, though when you export to Excel - total sum will be will be shown as [sum: result] (formatted as text). I hope it will be improved. Accounting in Wrike could be a day deal maker.
Request forms - fields currently could be populated only to start/end dates , text fields and dropdown lists. Hopefully the range of features is expending and it would be solved in the nearest future.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a powerful platform to organize our projects, to be able to provide reports and of course with a Gantt chart. And we've got it ! Lots of useful features to use. Wrike helped us to organize our jobs, to track our to-do's, as well as we decreased use of email by 50% with Wrike's collaboration function.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wrike is evolving new features added nearly every month, and Wrike Customer Support Team responses fast and accurate. Easy to setup and to organize your job.
Great project management tool but it needs a few tweaks

I like the customization of Wrike. The integration into Salesforce is extremely important to us as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like when a new feature is released, it may be automatically turned on for all users even if they do not want this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One repository for all of our PS team to find project status and details.

What do you like best about the product?
Good task management and timeline management. Easy task and project creation. Good user roles - easy to share tasks with external users and clients.

Workload view hard to use for long-term tasks. Hard to see if dependent tasks are ready to be worked on.

What do you like best about the product?
It seems to me that the wrike application is a great tool, since it allows us to organize the activities or tasks that we have pending and the best thing is that Wrike helps you remember everything you have yet to do, because it sends you emails remembering all those things that You still have to do or to complete. It is very good especially when in your work you have so many things to do and this tool helps you a lot with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think you could make a better presentation at the user or visual level of kaban, sometimes it's a little difficult to leave an activity and go back to the board or the dashboard where you were seeing all the slopes that you have both for you and your team. . I think this would greatly improve the use of the tool and surely many users have happened, especially at the beginning when you start working with the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far this wrike tool has allowed me to solve problems such as assigning tasks to the team, measuring the time of solving those tasks since they were assigned, it helps me a lot remembering what I have assigned or what I need to complete or I have still pending , also the organization in folders is quite good. I think these are the most important things that the tool offers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this application to all people in any work area, because it will help them a lot by organizing their jobs, their pending activities and assigned tasks. It is quite easy to use once you know it and you can include your work team so that everyone starts with this new methodology by calling it in some way.

What do you like best about the product?
The software looks great, so people who haven't been project managers before are less intimidated. We have just moved on Wrike and havenot done so much but whatever i felt in the last couple of days, it was better than our previous project management software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it integrated into Outlook on a Mac. Sounds like a great feature for PC users.

It helps me to have a snapshot of what's been assigned to all 10 members of my team.

There is a big learning curve with Wrike and it takes a while to fully utilize the tool to its best capability.

We have a floor with MANY different departments. Wrike helps us keep all of the brands and departments compartmentalized and easily accessible.

If you need a place where your team can collaborate in a strategic way Wrike is the place for you.
It also works for small businesses - my dad has a small startup and it changed the way his employees communicate.

I like the reporting tool. You can create and run your own reports to see what your team is working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are features that are difficult to use and not the most intuitive. I would like there to be more options for reporting as well.

It helps with project management and being transparent in terms of what everyone is working on.

I like that I can make tasks and subtasks that have the ability to assign to people and track their progress. I also love how you can send reminders to others when a project needs to get back on the top of the priority’s lists. It also has a great app that keeps your work mobile. Great program!

the phone app sometimes crashes and I will have to delete and re-install.

I have been able to get projects complete that would otherwise sit at the bottom of my pile.

When I need a project management platform yesterday, turn to Wrike. With plenty of ways to integrate with other apps and services and very quick setup, Wrike is a great choice.
