Great Project Management Platform For Entire Team
What do you like best about the product?
It was extremely helpful having someone to walk my entire team through the onboarding process. It has been easy to manage and we are able to use some of the request forms for our entire internal team. Each department within our Marketing organization has been happy with Wrike. Also, love that I can add my personal tasks to my dashboard that only I can see so I can have everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course, the most difficult part about changing platforms is getting everyone on board with learning something new and different. During the onboarding process, there were a lot of hiccups with time because our Marketing organization has our plates pretty full. The time allotted for homework and teamwork wasn't ideal however, once we got through it everything has been much better with us all under one platform rather than multiples like we were before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the entire Marketing Organization using one platform instead of many. Building out Blueprints and Request forms for our internal team so that it goes to the right people and helps us create projects more efficiently .

GIVE A CLEAN AND CLEAR PROJECT OVERVIEW WITH WRIKE..!!
What do you like best about the product?
The bigest positive impact i experienced after emplementing wrike was team collaboration.
It has really helped us to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Also it's project insights features gives the best forecast of the projects.
It gives real time project status and progress.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is an excellent product that gives me the ability to fully control different projects with minimum effort ..nothing that i dislike towards it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has helped my team to boost productivity.
Very organized but upfront is kind of difficult to figure out

I like the organizational structure and how easy it is to keep everything straight. Dashboards are super great too and customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are limited in certain areas as far as customizing goes and some of the updates have made certain very helpful info not easily seen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my projects straight and communicating with our team on what needs to be done.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to organize your projects and I like that you can create sub folders as well.
Easy to tag colleagues and add dates to keep your projects on track. Wrike is more robust than the Teams suite and Wrike was easy to learn!

What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason I don't get notifications when due dates come up or like reminders of due dates in advance. Maybe I have this setting turned off but I would like an advanced notifcation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides us with a central location to manage our projects, assign tasks and keep everyone in the loop. Because we all use the tool it is easy to cross collborate.

What do you like best about the product?
Wrike has streamlined and removed a lot of hassle that has come from having numerous active projects. It has made it easier to keep an eye on all of the moving parts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a little clunky to navigate and hard to return to other projects because of all the sub-spaces. If you don't have a handle on organzing products amongst the many different departments & areas, it can quickly get cluttered and hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was an issue of having numerous projects all active at the same time and having different deadlines. By having all the projects under the same space instead of through email trails, I am able to keep a closer eye on the multiple prjoects I have alongside my other coworkers.

Wrike makes it simple to create activities and performances,assign them to suitable groups and collaborate on projects.

Great communication tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like it's ease of use. Having never used a project management tool before Wrike, I was able to get the hang of it fairly quickly. It is easy to see what tasks that you have upcoming. Wrike also makes it difficult for tasks to fall through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike about Wrike. It is a bit bothersome when managing two different Wrike instances, I am unable to open them both in the same browser. I know there is a solution for this, I just have yet to implement it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to set due dates while also being able to communicate with the client. Wrike also allows us to have our work be reviewed by the clients. This whole process is improved because of Wrike.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to toggle between dependent tasks while on a task in Wrike. I also like that I am able to schedule reports to send to myself at a recurring frequency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading speed of pages is slow for some larger projects, which can be pretty annoying.
Additionally, I personally find that Wrike is less intuitive and has a more cluttered feel than other project management softwares I have used in the past (such as Jira and Monday).
I also wish that the reports functioned more like Excel, where columns could be added based on created formulas and metrics for the entire column (such as sum, average, count, etc.) could be added to the report. The ability to create data visualizations would also be helpfi;/

Wrike is allowing us to create live SOPs within the task description, which saves time for employees and ensures that tasks are being followe din a standard manner.
Wrike is also memorializing our launch calendars and serving as a database where information is stored for various departments.

Great for cross-functional visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is great for it's ability to easily tag other people into projects, collect cross-functional feedback, and communicate status to all stakeholders through the "@followers" function.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that it can be confusing to navigate and find files when there are a lot of projects and subprojects in the system. I often spend a lot of time looking for something that I know exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and tracking to make sure projects move forward and hit deadlines. The greatest benefit is the ability to communicate across timezones and teams in one place.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and a nice interface. I like that you are able to have conversations on threads and be able to see history.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way that when you review "My Projects" it shows EVERYTHING. I feel like I always have to go back into projects to track down links.

It keeps all of our projects in one place.
