Could be a bit more aesthetically pleasing but overall good.
What do you like best about the product?
Feels solid and organized, generally easy to use for basic things. Love being able to have multiple tabs open.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were more customization options + Color coding options. Also recurring tasks feel way more complicated than it should be. Monday.com does a better job with the color coding and easy table customization options that can be different in each board - I liked to LOOK at Monday.com more. Wish I could even change the color behind my initials but somehow that's not possible...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps everything in one place, easily searchable and easy to go between multiple things.

Essential to my Team's Success
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike solves for so many of the common pain points felt by the MarrComm team that I coordinate for. From request forms, workload balance, hollistic project undertanding, reports, templates, and beyond it seems as though there is nothing that Wrike can't do. We've experienced a major transformation of organization, and Wrike has been essential to our geographically disperesed team being able to work and collaborate with clear line-of-site on what everyone is doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, Wrike can be somewhat overwhelming for team members that have limited technological literacy, who have been used to doing things one way. This isn't necesarilly a unique problem to Wrike, but to a team that was already burdned by change fatigue, getting folks to buy in to the value of Wrike certainly posed some challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike is solving so many problems for us, including: requests getting lost in e-mails, unclear or convoluted timelines, at-risk projects not being caught with time to adjust plans, and the inherent challenges of being a geographically dispered team. We benefit massively from Wrike in all these areas - request forms ensure the most tactical information is being captured from stakeholders and not getting lost in e-mail chains, gannt charts help with timeline visualization, RAID template ensure that risk is being assessed and managed, and our whole team has one "home" in Wrike where we can collaborate easily and effectively with members of our team, and others.
Easy to use, functional

Wrike is helping us time manage better, distribute projects in a way that benefits the team, and allows us to be as productive as possible.
Got my work responsibilities organized with a bit of twist!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Wrike for 4 months now as part of our company group, and we all love it. Our work and task allocation to respective departments/personnel has become easier, and the best part is that we can keep track of every project without missing anything. I must confess that collaboration between internal company departments has definitely seen efficiency improvements!"
What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike covers all aspects of being a super user friendly software, I just wanted to shed some light on its pricing which is a bit expensive. But I guess it's overall features makes the price worthwhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Been using wrike every single day since we got it for our organization. The problems we had were tracking time for tasks we were performing and inability to have all to-do list in a single place taht could be updated and shared with team on ad-hoc basis. Loving the blueprint feature as I am an accoutnant so I have made a blueprint of month-end tasks that I just replicate every month to ensure all my routine repetitive tasks are completed without having anything left out!
Wrike is for When You Need More
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike has a learning curve because there's so much you can do, but after my team and I have come to know the software better, each new tool we pick up only shows how robust and flexible the software can be. There's many ways to use this to one's advantage.
Having the account manager to help implement items is really helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike can be an animal to get everyone using properly.
I feel like my team moves three steps forward one step back on adoption.
I think Wrike is doing all the right things to teach clients how to use the systems, but its just a lot. Project Management is not for the feint of heart.

2nd brain. Having our projects organized and catalogued has been so helfpul to increase proficiency of process and have something to monitor. Our ability to manage more information more accurately has definitely increased.
I like it!
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly. Although sometimes information/conversations feel a bit scattered, but I think that may be a personal issue, just how my brain works. And I'm coming from another PM software so I'm getting used to this. It's easy to use. There are some things here and there that confuse me, but again, personal issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
PLEASE bring back the undo button. I feel like I'm being punished for changing my mind or making a mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes projects easier to flag, follow and check in on, creating accountability and structure!
A powerful interface to help manage complex projects, with some training foibles
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I find super helpful about Wrike is that a number of different projects and spaces can be connected together - which gives a great hollistic view for members of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training programme on the platform seems out-dated and lengthy, requiring you to log into several different fake accounts and follow repetitive tasks which don't seem to further your understanding of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike provides a number of flexible and comprehensive features which help us to manage projects with our client - the ability to send out forms and collect responses which can then been translated into lists or Gannt charts allows for the seamless project management and communication both internally and externally.
Wrike is fantastic for personal and team organizational growth
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and utility. Wrike is most helpful for organization on tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Wrike had an easier to use to-do list for every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboraiton can be difficult on a remote team, Wrike is simplifying it.
Working our way through the learning curve!
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to stay organized and keep all of our project information in one place. Once people get used to it, they are able to store content, communicate, and share items all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't fully replace everything we were using our google drive for in terms of managing projects. Also there is a big learning curve to get used to it that is daunting to some employees. I wish they provided more support to customize our configuration!

Great intake form for our annual planning process. Also has allowed us better task management collaboration with vendors. We are looking forward to leveraging it for annual reports
