I really like Wrike
What do you like best about the product?
How organized my tickets are. Working in an organization, I am often assigned tasks. I like this more than having to manage my own tasks in something like Trello.
What do you dislike about the product?
The clients of our organization are used to email tickets, and not a system like Wrike, so it is challenging to get them to consistently use Wrike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solve the organizational problem, especially when it comes to tickets that have different assignees and multiple progress stages before completion.

Excellent Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike has blown me away with how customizable it is. The ability to mold this tool to fit your team's needs is great! And the diversity of use is amazing. This tool can be tweaked to suit any kind of team. Personally, I work in Marketing, and this tool has made collaboration seamless. The automation rules are the cherry on the sundae and make my projects so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get too many automated notifications; if you set an automatic rule, it does not negate any notification that Wrike automatically generates, so you can get multiple notifications about the same task under certain circumstances. Overall, any negative issues I have had have been addressed quickly and efficiently by the Wrike Team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike has helped us finish more projects. As many people in the corporate world know, it's easy to pivot to something new and forget whatever was being worked on. With Wrike, we have seen the vast majority of our projects to completion, and any projects that are being canceled have a notation as to why. Its helped out with our overall organization and made sharing information and content much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I recently changed fields and my new role uses Wrike, I have been learning the in's and out's. I love how you can @ someone. I like how each area you maybe assigned to can be looked at by sections. This is a program that is used every day by me and my co workers to stay on track. I was not here for the Integration / implementation of WRIKE so i can not comment. I have used customer support in getting into Wrike stars, they were friendly fast and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like when someone add's me with a @ and the person replys not @ me and i dont see it when it involves me. I am not on the original assignment due to being new and training. It makes it hard to go back and check when there are so many projects going on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is in one place. I am new to the marketing world so i cannot compare to other ways. But i find what i have seen and learned very useful and efficient.

Wrike is one of the best project management tool which enables one to create tasks and folders assigning tasks to carry out schedule of the task.
It intergrates with many applications and makes it easy to use. It has all the basic features needed to create a project and can be set up quickly. Their customer service is of satisfactory.

The software is a bit expensive for the features it's providing and Sometimes it is hard to figure out options.

Centralizing our projects intake request through wrike for better productivity and marketing projects which helps us to grow efficiently

As a professional who is constantly on the move, the first part of Wrike that appeals to me is that I am able to use it from both my Computer and from my mobile devices.
Regarding usability, I love that Wrike is built around automating workflow. My team has leveraged this to automate specific tasks, especially repetitive ones like reminders and work structures. This has assisted my team as a whole to save up on time and align our workflows together.

What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike's user interface can be better simplified to be more intuitive for first time users. Also, there is no way to modify any major settings on the mobile app , except I do it from my desktop computer. Basics such as muting notifications can only be done from the desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been utilizing Wrike to streamline workflow processes across my department by alligning collaboration efforts between all of the different teams within my department.
I think Wrike has made our internal processes more automated, faster and more efficient as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to break various portfolios and sections out into different spaces but still be able to report on all spaces in one board. The reporting capabilities and various ways to display the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to lock columns while still having them viewable to others. Also, the way automations turn off after a certain number of usage in one day is a big issue for us as we have a mass amount of projects to create at one time which usually results in the automatiosn turning off without us knowing which then creates a lot more work in the end to determine at what point the automations turned off and then adjust those projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike is helping us streamline projects and colloboration which is in time decreasing the amount of emails regarding projects. It is also helping us keep others accountable for their involvement/participation in a project to hopefully help keep projects movign without any majory delays due to confusion on who is responsible for what part of a project as well as when certain deadlines are. We are also running out legal and regulatory review/approval process within Wrike and with the use of automations we have been able to elimiated the oversight of this process by one of my colleagues which frees her up to take on other projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how much you can adapt a space in Wrike to fit a process or department. Custom Fields and Blueplrints can be very powerful especially when working on a standardised process. Wrike are also very good with customer service and coming out with new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of functions on wrike which can make it slightly confusing to use begin with.

Wrike helps us with viewing the work different parts of the business have at any one time.
