Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to find projects and folder just by searching for keywords. The layout of each project is very easy to follow. Assigning work to employees is very quick and easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function could be a little better when selecting a locatiom for a new project. If the folder has too many projects, it rarely pops up when you search for it. Then you manually have to drag the project into that folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike helps our business file projects and products/images in one place. It is very easy to access previous communication and images from older projects with a simple search.

Unable to add dependencies easily and adjust it like Smartsheet does

Great way to organize tasks and keep tack of progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recent changes have made it much less user friendly. Its difficult to see a big portion of the area in a task you want to work on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping the team be more organized and having an easier way to follow workflows/ procedures.
Easy to use, build, and assign tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Creating tasks for team memebrs and moving the tasks along to the next step or person is quick and simple. It integrates with other tools we use such as Jira and Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards are basic and simple. Lacks some creativity and personalzation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All tasks are archieved and nothing falls through the cracks. We have a saying, if it doesn't exist in Wrike it doesn't exist. This has helped us keep track of any and all requests for projects and tasks that come through.
Easy to use once you've played around with it
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that there are seperate workspaces for each department/team as well as for each project. As a now centralized marketing team, this makes navigation and collaboration much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little confusing to figure out at first, but once you have watched the trainings and played around in it a little, it's really a great tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role, I am at an extension office within Clemson University which means I cannot be on campus collaborating with others as much as I need/would like to. Wrike has allowed me the opportunity to connect with others, see progress on collaborations, brainstorm with my on-campus team and really simplified the back and forth between us.

Saas based and ease of use to spin something up quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Product doesn't allow for customizations to fit certain subject matter or output for quickly providing visual output for a client
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick project management and easy to manage
Easy for the beginner, adaptable for the expert
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to work within the system and easy to collaborate with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more complex facets are not intuitive - while the easy parts are quite easy, the dashboards and filters can be very difficult to figure out without help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a collaborative newsletter with information from several teams. Wrike allows us to streamline and track the process, schedule tasks, collate and collect information/details/images, and track involvement and approvals, all in one place. The ability to tag colleagues within a task rather than having to go out and send an email saves time and effort. And being able to keep all the information in one place is invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX/UI experience is constantly evolving for ease of use, which is appreciated!
What do you dislike about the product?
We are having issues with the workload chart being innacurate, which is a major hindrance to resourcing our company effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to see what work needs to be done and when, and who is available to do the work. As well as a time tracking tool.
Keeps our whole department organized.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy for different teams to use Wrike in the optimal way for them. Our team uses it to keep communicate and keep track of projects we have requested and other teams in our department use it to plan their workload. It also has a great search function to find projects! I use Wrike daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overly complex, as it has the capabilities to do so much!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike helps our large department stay on the same page. We can request all our projects and prioritize them, have one place to talk with teammates about projects instead of endless email chains, and keep our projects on track! It is also a great archive of past project materials.
Great for Organization, Collaboration, and Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to tag members of my team in order to collaborate on projects has been influential in the creative process. Along with this, I love having the dashboards page to showcase everything at once!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many tasks, it is sometimes hard to navigate. However, the search bar helps with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike helps to solve organizational problems and works to keep individuals on track with what needs to be completed and when.
