Wrike is a great way to bring organization to the chaos when you are dealing with many projects
What do you like best about the product?
The best part for me is clear deadlines and easy file management within each project. the other amazing feature is the approval tools and the ability to be able to compare versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
it can get a little too chaotic itself. I think some simplification would benefit the interface a lot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
llisting all my open tasks, wrike helps me get a glips of what needs to get done and when.

Wrike is great for cross functional projects!
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is a great tool to use for project management, task management, reporting, approvals, file reviews, and so much more. We use wrike daily to communicate and complete tasks to bring product to life. Wrike also has plenty of FAQs and blog articles on implementing and improving your use. If you need help or assistance Wrike also has a chat feature to work with their customer service team. They are helpful and informative. Wrike is easy to use for all departments and keeps things organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features available on the mobile version are not on my desktop version. I would love to see the approvals and other features on desktop as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike allows us to keep projects on task, properly documents, and executed on time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it categorizes tasks and projects. The way how it is seamlessly integrated with other platforms I currently use is an advantage. With just a few clicks, I can assign due dates, set reminders, and establish dependencies, ensuring that no important detail slips through the cracks.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be very helpful if you could download attachments in bulk to save time and clicks, currently you have to download attachments one by one.
E-mail integration would be nice too.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Never miss overdue tasks, proper Ticket follow-up, and assigning tasks to the appropriate team.
Great Program for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike makes it simple to set up projects, assignments, and management of the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The file upload, even after clearing cache, always defaults to a file that was from 2021, which just adds a couple of extra steps when uploading files on a VPN. Not too much of an issue, more annoying than anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team works remotely, so it allows us to create collaborative projects, manage them, and follow through to completion as well as update data and more, all as a team in a remote setting.
Good Organization/Interface, Messaging/Communication Features Could Be Better
What do you like best about the product?
I find the different timeline/schedule views to be helpful, especially the Gantt Chart view. You can also move out entire schedules very easily depending on if timing on a project shifts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a direct way to have messaging between individuals or groups, unless you want to tag someone to ask a question in a certain task/project. I wish there was a better messaging system featured within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the platform to house all projects, along with tracking individual's time to those projects. It helps us map out timelines, communicate revisions to projects, and store any important links/information pertaining to our projects. It's one place to organize projects and keep track of project schedules, and that in turn has helped our team become more organized and uniform in project management.

Follow-ups are easy, communication with different stakeholders is really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to reopen project or to find them since there are many tools.

What I like best is its user-friendly interface and comprehensive project management features.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Wrike is that it can be a bit hard to learn at first, and it doesn't always let you customize things as much as you might want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike solves the problem of organizing and managing tasks, projects, and teams efficiently, which benefits me by improving collaboration, productivity, and overall project success.
Comprehensive and flexible but a learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
I do like that I can see my projects in mulitple views depending on what's most helpful to me at the time (e.g. gantt vs. board view). I also like that I can select the tasks by person. Setting up your own dashboard is also a nice feature and connecting to my work email so that I don't miss tags also comes in handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like it can be a bit complex for others to learn how to use it. I also sometimes find that the search feature doesn't bring up everything even with key words in the title of the project name. It seems to bring up old things instead of the newest and sometimes doesn't find them at all... just wish the results were more relevant to what I put in. As a frequent, daily user of the tool, I wish there was a way to sync tasks start and end dates to my calendar and for there to be flexibility in what I want to add to my outlook calendar. I also wish there was a reply all capability to reply to all those tagged in a previous comment vs. having to Cc specific individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike is helping to solve project visibility, accountability, communication, and record keeping. This helps me communicate with a large amount of people within and outside of my organization. I can just tag followers or assignees without having to worry about who is copied on an email thread and easily assign or unassign people from tasks. I have access to documents that may have disappeared from my email that gets cleaned out regularly and can refer back to conversations to help us stay accountable or remember why certain decisions were made, much easier than going through a bunch of emails.
