Organized, Collaborative, and Detailed-Oriented
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike has been a game-changer for our team. Its intuitive interface, robust features, and seamless collaboration tools have significantly improved our project management efficiency. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
May take some time for beginners to get used to as the UX/UI may not be too beginner-friendly. Trainings are a must.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Good organization and many features.
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility in assigning tasks and organizing sub-tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is a little complex, although with the features it might not be able to be greatly simplfiied.

Organizing projects and information across teams.

As long as you're building your blueprints in a way that makes sense, it helps so much to keep the flow of the project moving perfectly.

It's a bit overwhelming starting out with all of the options. Specifically the widgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps us on time and on budget while working through projects. It makes it very easy to see exactly where we're at on a specific project without having to check in with a bunch of people via email.

What do you like best about the product?
As the Creative Director at M Agency, we have seen a significant decrease in length of project timelines as our project manager has more options to help our team stay on track through Wrike. We use it daily for all of our projects and our team is easily able to understand the day to day tasks they are assigned along with how much time is available to them and they can communicate to eachother right inside the task. The biggest game changer for our agency has been the approvals process in Wrike, allowing us to integrate with Adobe and Slack and easily leave notes and changes that can also be referred back to quickly. We have reached out to customer support many times as we are always looking for ways to uplevel our Wrike experience and get the most out of the program that we can. Our rep has always been quick to help and able to help us continue to easily implement new systems in Wrike to continually get the most out of our experience with the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike can be overwhelming at first. The app is so vast that we had to go into it with a phased implementation and there have been times where we have had to rethink the way we use it and backtrack, but with an open mind, we have ben able to navigate these challenges.

Write helps us task out projects so that we can stay on track and keep a close eye on project profitability
Manage your projects in an organized way
What do you like best about the product?
How it enables you to create a project, and then create tasks under that project, all in an organized way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I create a recurring task and then search for it, it doesn't come up. Not sure if it's because the system timed out or if there may be a glitch with creating recurring tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not knowing what projects and tasks with in those projects that I have upcoming.
Made transition to a new role seamless
What do you like best about the product?
My first time using Wrike was June of 2023. I was promoted to a new role at my company and used Wrike to get situated. I view Wrike kind of like a virtual checklist with additional features. I needed so many different tools and Wrike made going through the steps stress-free!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything, I didn't encounter any issues yet with Wrike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike helped myself and my teammates work together to get myself situated in my new role with all the tools I needed.

The best part for me is clear deadlines and easy file management within each project. the other amazing feature is the approval tools and the ability to be able to compare versions.

it can get a little too chaotic itself. I think some simplification would benefit the interface a lot

What do you like best about the product?
Wrike is a great tool to use for project management, task management, reporting, approvals, file reviews, and so much more. We use wrike daily to communicate and complete tasks to bring product to life. Wrike also has plenty of FAQs and blog articles on implementing and improving your use. If you need help or assistance Wrike also has a chat feature to work with their customer service team. They are helpful and informative. Wrike is easy to use for all departments and keeps things organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features available on the mobile version are not on my desktop version. I would love to see the approvals and other features on desktop as well.

Wrike allows us to keep projects on task, properly documents, and executed on time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it categorizes tasks and projects. The way how it is seamlessly integrated with other platforms I currently use is an advantage. With just a few clicks, I can assign due dates, set reminders, and establish dependencies, ensuring that no important detail slips through the cracks.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be very helpful if you could download attachments in bulk to save time and clicks, currently you have to download attachments one by one.

Never miss overdue tasks, proper Ticket follow-up, and assigning tasks to the appropriate team.
Great Program for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike makes it simple to set up projects, assignments, and management of the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The file upload, even after clearing cache, always defaults to a file that was from 2021, which just adds a couple of extra steps when uploading files on a VPN. Not too much of an issue, more annoying than anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team works remotely, so it allows us to create collaborative projects, manage them, and follow through to completion as well as update data and more, all as a team in a remote setting.
