Great tool for Project Management but not user friendly enough and a little too dense
What do you like best about the product?
Overall super efficient to follow up on a project and have a 360º view. Really allow us to keep a tight collaboration and efficient communication within our multiple teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike is very dense and usually shows a lot of unfiltered information.
It is not the most user-friendly tool too navigate and takes a lot of clicks to get to the task we need.
For people who are only viewers, it is almost not comprehensible to navigate in and find the information they need.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike is helping all our team cross-collaboration, allow us to plan our tasks, attribute the right people to the right task and ensure the follow up and transparency to every stakeholders, even external one.
User Friendly as far as I have used it
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Wrike as a viewer without any problems. I haven't explored all the aspects of how I could use it yet, but I am comfortable with the turnover time that Wrike provides with ease of access and intuitive design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I have seen looks like it is missing any features.

I use it to track the progress of tasks.

Wrike has really great features. Thanks to self-creaqting filters, it is extremely efficient to get an overview.

As great as Wrike's wide range of offerings is, I haven't yet understood all the features they're offered.

As a team, we can easily assign and hand over tasks.
Wrike makes file sharing and updates easy and accessible.

Being able to organize tasks and subtasks and breadcrumb tasks into different project areas. It makes file sharing and updates easy across team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function isn't the best. I also wish it was easier to breadcrumb different tasks instead of just primary folders. I also wish it was easier to move projects into new folders without having to delete them.

It makes it easy to share and edit projects so the necessary people can see them.

Wrike is great for managing projects—it's easy to use and has all the tools you need. The simple interface and powerful features make it a go-to for smooth project coordination. It's straightforward and gets the job done.

One downside I noticed with Wrike is that it lacks some functions I'd like, especially better filtering options. It would be more helpful if they could improve this aspect to give users more control and make data organization easier.

Ease of use platform. Notifications when tasks are triggered to roles. Can allow use of list functionality and the workload and timesheets option.
A Decently Organized Platform for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
The notifications and cross-functionality of Wrike are excellent tools for collaboration across various teams within our company. The platform is helpful as a hub for client info, and for keeping up-to-date with various tasks that need to be completed by certain deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to find what I am looking for, as the organization of different dashboards and tasks can be somewhat counter-intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and project management - Wrike has allowed us to stay on top of important deadlines and access important client info at the touch of a button, enabling our team to do our jobs more efficiently and provide a better client experience.
Highly Customizable Organization Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is my agency's one-stop shop for all task management. We use it everyday across every department, to keep track of various clients, timelines, resourcing, and dependent projects. The segmentation tools are very useful to track employee's time across specific projects and clients, and the integration with Gmail makes task loading that much quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you know how to use it well, it works well. But it can take a while to learn the intricacies of it and even now, 2 years after starting, I'm still learning about some functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike is a step above Basecamp and Trello for how it lets you organize tasks and projects at scale. Almost everything we do is interdependent, and I like being able to segment my work based on my personal preference and not being roped into the same setup as my coworkers.

A lot of time's i get an error " something went wrong We're having technical issues. Error 1708027790408.
Error validating SAML message" and it's very annoying, i try clearning cache and then most times it works if i open incognito but that is very annoying
