Wrike - The Ultimate Solution for Streamlined Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Wrike for our team management needs, and I am thoroughly impressed with its capabilities and user-friendly interface. This cloud-based platform has truly revolutionized the way our team collaborates and manages projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the customization options are a strength of Wrike, the process of setting up and customizing workflows to be somewhat complex. Simplifying the customization interface or providing more guided assistance could be a more straightforward setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The real-time collaboration features in Wrike have significantly improved communication within our team. Whether it's commenting on tasks, sharing documents, or updating project statuses, the platform ensures that everyone is on the same page. This has led to increased transparency and efficiency in our workflow.

Helps track and be on top of tasks, manage the projects, and deadlines, and improve visibility.

Creating custom views can be confusing, and require additional time and resources for training and onboarding

Helps in monitoring and organizing multiple projects and being at the top of every task ensuring collaboration and improving visibility to the projects and bringing all at one platform.

Tagging options for teammates and the sub items feature

Lack of titles on the Shared with Me section

Keeping a broad team across different cities up to date in real time.

Figuring out how to build some of the dashboards can be a bit challenging on your own.

It's a central place for our agency to manage projects, keep team members on time for their tasks, and maintain profitability on client accounts.
Wrike - Work Management Mostly Good
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike provides an assortment of tools necessary for our workflow, including project management, Gantt charts, workload and resource management, definable workflows, exportable data, custom fields, automation, request forms, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wrike continues to miss the mark on some key fundamental features of a solid project management platform. It tries to accomodate everything for everyone, which often leads to missing core features for the primary use of managing projects. These and other key requested features have gone unaddressed for years (3, 4, 5 years, or longer), while other less useful development work, such as refreshing the layout of the interface, take priority. This can be frustrating to true project managers that would much rather see proper tools in place rather than making it look prettier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key uses for us is project/task management, resource management, and time tracking. We needed a tool where we could manage the work we were doing, manage and forecast the workloads on our staff, and track the efforts being spent on the tasks.
Useful as long as you have a project manager
What do you like best about the product?
It centralizes your projects and tasks with customizable workflows to show exactly where you are in a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many customizable options that it's easy to get lost and not know who is responsible for what. People can have their own dashboards, charts, and to-do lists, and that becomes difficult to keep track of. Reporting and calendars are challenging to create and cumbersome & tedious to get to - definitely not a user-friendly interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing projects between marketing and design teams, housing assets, moving proofreading processes along smoothly
Wrike has many great features and personalisation capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite features is the ability to mark my PTO days on the calendar. This way, anyone who submits a request can see when their ticket will be handled. Additionally, I appreciate that I can add comments to documents and pictures attached to a request. This makes the approval process much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the most intuitive platform, and I sometimes have login issues with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having requests centralized and standardized is a big win for us.
It's a decent PM tool for marketers

I think it is easy to use and navigate but could be further simplified.

It could be made easier to use to work in sprints.

Overall a good project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like Workspace, Timesheets, and Blueprints in Wrike. It's easy to use and implement tasks under a blueprint. I use Wrike daily at work. We have also integrated Wrike with Android. Additionally, I contact customer support if any features are missing in Wrike. For example, I inquired about accessing the history of a task assigned by a group admin to a group ID.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Wrike a bit cluttered and congested. If they could work on cleaning up the look and feel, it would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wrike is solving time tracking and task management problems. We have created blueprints to manage clients, and it's beneficial.
