Good experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and helps me keep track of all my projects and assets. Great tool to do team reviews for projects

Sometimes I have issues moving from the chart view to the page view

Great tool to manage cross-functional projects
What do you like best about the product?
Projects and tasks can be managed through blueprints. Blueprints are composed of tasks and each task can have an assignee.
Tasks duration and time spent can be defined and reported to measure workforce usage.
Automations make it easy to remind assignees about pending tasks and also to activate successors when predecesors are completed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Managing tasks in bulk is a bit challenging. Sometimes it is not possible to filter tasks using certain tasks attributes, forcing the user to do manual work.
Data import yo wrike from spreadsheets is not very friendly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing remote teams and tasks is a lot easier with wrike. Tasks, assignees and time usage enable the team to monitor capacity and resource usage in detail.
A great tool to keep everything you need in 1 place!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep all my files, progress, tracking, and correspondence in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not begin organizing you data properly from the start, it can be a little difficult to find something so important to keep a title or reference # to keep projects in track.

Organization and communication between projects as well as assignment.
Wrike Needs Some Changes
What do you like best about the product?
i like how is easy to use but some features should be added
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least thing I like about Wrike that it is not really intuitive. For example, if we set up an account for a specific brand or account, everything else should automatically populate instead of having to manually put in the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good at keeping track of projects which really helps on what tasks need to be updated.
Good System, Very Customizable
What do you like best about the product?
Wrike creates many opportunities for collaboration & ease of contact. I have used Wrike every work day for 2 years, and I can only count on one hand when it has been down. You can also integrate different apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the comment feature in Wrike, more specifically the amount of time you have to edit a comment. I should be able to edit a comment no matter how long it's been.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Wrike is solving the issue of non user-friendly task management systems. Wrike is easy to navigate & use.

Ability to consolidate comments and ideas. The platform provides great updates and visual tools to track progress

Commenting on wrike projects can be clunky and comments can become disorganized.

Wrike allows for a central forum to collaborate and if helpful to pull updates from.

It enables us to make sense of a big project and alert us if deadlines are approaching and we haven't finished tasks or projects
Making our lives as easy as possible

I like how Wrike integrates with a vast array of products like Power BI, Teams and Sharepoint
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit clunky but I think that is something that will be addressed down the line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve our project management issues, everything is in one location and makes it easy for the team to use.
Cross Department Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows for seamless communication across multiple departments in our organization especially since we are in a virtual environment. The dashboards are super helpful for me to know where I stand on any project that I am involved in.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little cumbersome to set up the dashboards and a bit of a pain to have to pin projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for many different departments and many people in different roles to collaborate and understand where a project is at any given time. I also love that I know what tasks I have outstanding to help me structure my day/week.

Wrike is hard to implement and learn.
The overall UI sometimes feels slow, like when opening a task from another project.
Sometimes the task status doesn't show as updated until I refresh the tab.

It is helping us with Project management and we can easily collaborate with members from other teams.
Time tracking reports are helpful for us as we can get an idea of the utilization of team members' time.
The integration with Slack provides an instant update if any task is assigned to us which helps in the timely delivery of tasks.
