Customer and Product Analytics that tell the whole story 🔥
What do you like best about the product?
No more frustrating conversations wtih partners and leaders who have different numbers and no more waiting in queues for your data team to be available. While Netspring does require you to be set up with your data warehouse, it empowers your team to be more curious. Not only with browser behaviour but application data and anything else you throw at it. Netspring allowed us to tell more of the story of our product and how customers are using it.
I also like how responsive the team is and how we can see revenue, customer, app and browser behavior all in the one app. Its made a difference in our data led decision culture.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be sluggish compared with competitors but I know the team is working on that and something we can be patient on as the value is in the data that it returns which we have never had access to befre.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Netspring help us work from a single source of truth for product, subscription, and customer data. We have instant access to our data warehouse for curious Product Managers and we have alignment on definitions and raw data across our organisation. This leads to less confusing conversation and has us all focusssing on the same goal.

One of the best self serving tool to improve growth over the various platforms!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this software is that one can efficiently track cohorts-specific and then self-serve, edit, and develop various ways to improve the platform. Providing only what is necessary is one of the most significant factors of it, as you only have to pay for insights and not the whole event volume.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen anything wrong with Netspring, but if I have to list, I would say that one has to know specific terms, as when I first used this, I didn't know most of them. So, do your research and be sure to understand all those terms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing what is working and what is not is one of the main factors that humans use digital analytics. And I can say with surety that this does all the work. I have been using it to track all the user experience, and based upon that, I know what the things that matter the most are, and after that, I focus my attention on that area, and rest becomes history.

What do you like best about the product?
NetSpring has been introducing ground-breaking solutions for Warehouse management and product analysis. The analytics on the product is efficient enough to lead your business toward success. NetSpring can easily integrate with the warehouse System. This compatibility allows it for real-time data access and analysis, providing better product analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no doubt that NetSpring is an Exception tool for Warehouse and Native Ptoduct Analysis, but it does have scope for growth in terms of limited scalability, Limited Integrations, and it must provide customizations based on industry type not wholly rely on a single layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the Warehouse has always been a problematic task NetSpring easily integrates with the warehouse, extracts real-time data, and analyses it, which provides data for product analysis.
