the easiest way to debug apps in production
What do you like best about the product?
the fact that it's user friendly and easy to understand and the fact that it does not effect the app that you debug.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it doesn't support front-end. It could be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rookout lets you get a snapshot of app variables, It can save a lot of time when you need to debug a problem on your app.

Ability to get insights into production code, and data of rarely occurring events such as peculiar errors that happen once in a while only in a production environment.
Getting slack notifications for such errors is a great bonus

What do you dislike about the product?
UI is a bit confusing although very clean and simple. I'd like it to work faster, not sure if its possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is finding rarely occurring errors in production code that are difficult or impossible to replicate in any other environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be appreciated if Rookout could support frontend frameworks debugging like react/angular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rookout is helping to debug the bugs in live applications without needing to add additional log statements and deploy the code again, effectively reducing time.

Helps me with debugging my application, seeing all environment details, and see my code in real time.
Easy to use and quick to understand
What do you like best about the product?
The setup process and Understanding of the tool are quick. The usage of the application is easy and is the same as the local environment setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's nice to have an import/export feature for the Data redaction rules. The cleanup of the Exclude and Include lists when navigating between each other

Rookout is helping debug the test and live environments like we debug the local environment, drastically reducing the time consumed for identifying and fixing the issues.

Easy to use debug live on production which makes it count in the most critical moments

Long deployment proccess when using the hybrid deployment in a lot of environments but there's no other way in a product like this and it makes sense

Excellent product to solve production issues
What do you like best about the product?
We started using this product a few months ago. The product allowed us to find production bugs quickly without interrupting the production process. Their UI is easy to use, the reported data is comprehensive.

Their support for AWS beanstalk deployment is good, but not documented enough as they seem to focus more on containers

They allow us to debug applications in production environments without disrupting the application and without the need to add tones of debug prints
