What do you like best about the product?
Its objective is to automate repetitive tasks and eliminate human intervention. It is a simple tool to use and has the "drag and drop" functionality to organize our "activities". It is proven that Blue prism provides us with a design and development 40% faster than other softwares on the market.
It is a perfect tool to constantly balance the change of priorities, requirements and availability of our resources. Robots can be instantly reassigned at any time or new ones deployed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any change or variation in the application includes cost increases.
Any changes to the modules involve the technical help of blue prism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Blue Prism we manage the reservation and release of meeting room spaces and parking spaces from the mobile. This includes all kinds of reporting, notifications to remind us a day before and an hour before who has reserved the room and who can cancel it.
It allows us to develop robots with the autonomy, privacy and security required, both on the cloud and on-premise platforms, separately and securely for different users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Companies have to adapt their products and services to new market expectations: digitization, mobility, time to market ...
This scenario forces companies to improve and automate their processes. Blue Prism enables you to meet those goals and more, such as reducing costs, improving quality, and changing company culture.

What do you like best about the product?
Lower cost than the competition.
Automatic 24x7x365 operation without breaks.
Human errors are reduced, productivity and results improve within the company.
It allows us to scale and adjust the capacity of automation depending on what we need.
We obtain detailed information, obtain advanced and real-time business metrics.
We take advantage of all software and other technologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a high ROI in the medium and long term.
The reports and metrics do not take into account incidents that arise.
It relies almost exclusively on the Uipath technical team as it is a technology that requires qualified personnel to make variations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Blue Prism to automate access control within our department, BP identifies people through a QR application and authorizes or prevents them from accessing certain premises or facilities.
It guarantees an immediate response, regardless of the number of controlled access points and the number of users in the system.
Blue Prism software records an instant record of all detected events and is included in the comprehensive security plan in force in the company.
Each user through the BP panel can have a detailed control of our work and the work day that each user assigned to each project performs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
t is a recommended RPA software for companies that want to improve their results with a long-term return on investment.
I would not recommend it for small businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
Blue Prism allows us to execute business processes accurately 24x7, which improves our results.
Improve the quality and optimize the results of our users.
It helps us relieve the human resources department of workload.
It is a secure platform, which allows us to easily audit and manage it.
It has a low return on investment period, with low integration costs.

What do you dislike about the product?
It displaces the innovation processes.
Create complex maintenance for existing software.
Increases dependence on existing software in the graphical interfaces of each user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to have our fully automated Office 365 database integrated.
Each user has an account where the participation of each user in each project is detailed through reports and statistics.
We use Blue Prism to improve our results and automate our databases.
The data obtained allows us to know at all times which projects are more profitable in economic terms for our managers.

Blue Prism is a process automation software that controls and manages, in real time, the identification of tasks that require a lot of time, automating the entire process.

We control the processes executed on the workstation of our users. The Blue Prism interactive wizard monitors and reacts to all applications and the flow of information (CRM, ERP, Extranet, 3270, windows, phone screen banner ...) running on Windows and allows us to have updated and fully updated data of our projects.

Blue Prism is a software for process automation that allows better control over the results of organizations.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface with good support and easy operation.
It is not intrusive in nature.
It does not cause any kind of interruption in the company or its systems.
Its implementation is neither complex nor expensive.
It has a quick and easily measurable return on investment.
It only requires a minimum monitoring service to detect when the robot has a problem.
Quality in the execution of the processes, since we reduce the number of errors and the task is normalized by always executing with the same procedure.
It increases the return on investment, as it has a significant impact on reducing costs and time.
Facilitates integration into systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Design flaws when using BP in the browser.
Slow data load times.
Technology dependency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been working with BP for a few years to manage our SAP R3 database, currently each enabled user has an account where BP automatically registers and automates our database.
Thanks to BP we reduce the time in manual data entry, improving our results.
The result obtained is a total integration with the application and creation of specific modules for our departments.
It allows us to have updated and contrasted data of our business through periodic reports.

BP is an RPA software that is perfectly suited to all kinds of companies.

What do you like best about the product?
Some of the advantages are:
Blue Prism is very easy to use, the account creation requires very few minutes.
Integration with the browser is perfect.
Decrease in human errors and higher quality and precision services.
Better registration and analysis of processes.
Cost reduction and higher speed.
Greater regulatory compliance.
Simplicity, versatility and transversality.
Improves management, scalability and time savings.

What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of tracking the RPA to change the software is high.
Data corruption is present.
Create barriers by changing IT systems.
Deploying bots at a rapid speed hampers progress later, as the innovations in this RPA are too costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Blue Prism for the automatic classification of our documentation, reducing time and improving the quality of manual labeling processes and obtaining better, more consistent, faster and lower cost results.
This PLN-based RPA solution helps us with automatic document management. As we process more documents, the solution learns to manage variations in less time.
For example, our invoices. The system identifies the supplier's name and triggers an accounting action in Accounts Payable. All without the intervention of our staff. This process involves AI technologies such as optical character recognition (OCR)

What do you like best about the product?
It perfectly adapts to the main technologies, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sharepoint, Legacy Systems, Emulated Terminal, Citrix, RDP, DOS, Scada, Databases, CRM, ERP, HR Systems .... Microsoft Office365.
This RPA costs a fraction of a FTE and can work 24/7/365, resulting in a 35-65% cost reduction for our onsite operations processes and 10-30% in offshore processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
BluePrism statistics and reports are difficult for a new user to understand.
Timing and remote management need to be improved with design flaws.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the BluePrism services to connect our Excel database to the application.
In an automated way we control the entire business process knowing at all times what work each user performs.
Through the mobile application, it allows us to control, manage and monitor the operation of BluePrism through a cloud system with access from anywhere.
We are currently working on creating more modules to get better performance from our resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
BluePrism is a tool that is used for desktop in Windows. This tool aims to automate repetitive tasks and thus eliminate human intervention.
It assures the company better results.

The blue Prism community itself is very energetic and engaged community and they here lot of feedback from customers and partners and always try to come up with current market demands to keep RPA alive and progressive.We had couple of very good success stories implementing Blue Prism for our customers.The key benefits why customer is staying with blueprism due to its features and global support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost associated for global support and liceencing costs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tried cognitive capabilities across different customers and E2E integration with other workflow systems is seamless so customers got their ROI much faster
