I use it to translate from German to English and ViceVersa
What do you like best about the product?
It's fast and professional when translating from German to English, also from English to german, professional translation.
The only competitor I use is google. but I would not compare as the AI used to translate takes a different approach

-It takes a lot to translate from English to German, sometimes up to 1 hour
-the translation from German to English sometimes lose it's meaning.

Professional translation in the Aviation field
Definitely, as by using it, it facilitates the business and makes it more productive, also from the business performance point of view. Our customers make sense of the excellent translation.

We are using Unbabel in Customer Support for languages we cannot support in-house. This allows us to have a better quality of service.

The integration between Unbabel and Zendesk is seamless, it’s the perfect solution to help us grow and provide efficient customer service.
It allows us to grow in markets quickly. What I love about Unbabel it is a very customer-centric company and together we work really hard to alleviate any concerns when it comes to the quality of the translations.
The team is so customer-focused they are super receptive to the feedback which is great as they are consistently improving their product.

The response times are quick but it can vary from ticket to ticket. It would be good to have a set SLA rather than a fluctuating period.

I would recommend Unbabel to anyone who is interested in expanding globally and wants to scale their customer operations without increasing headcount.

The people involved in the implementation is what makes it the best part of Unbabel - big thanks to Ana, Christina & Melzer.

Nothing is perfect, but the tool works very well for our needs. There are some limitations, but this is more to do with the tool we use to handle customer inquiries.

This is helping the team in being able to get back to customers quickly and efficiently within our ticketing tool without having to copy and paste from a serpate translation site

It can be a tad buggy once in a while, but problems are truly rare.

Internal machine translation for incoming email tickets has a high potential of being accurate and comprehensible, especially for Japanese translations.

Unbabel system is rapid and effective and submit translations to our users minutes after the request is sent. Also, the customer support team at Unbabel is very helpful.

The quality of the translations is not ideal at times.
