Unbabel is an efficient phrase translation program.

I like the speed of translation and the ease of use of Unbabel.

I also like the ability to lock proper names and numbers with a padlock, which ensures that important data remains the same after translation

Sometimes there are problems with the translation of negative phrases, e.g. "it doesn't work" translates as "it works" if you get a minor typo

Through unbaba translations, I am able to understand customers' problems and provide them with the right information to help solve their problem.

Unbabel quickly translates the sentences I type into the program. For the most part, the sentences are translated logically and correctly.

Long sentences typed into the program sometimes fail to retain the original sense of the utterance.

Assists in communicating with customers while performing work. Resolves problems related to customer service work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Unbabel translates the phrases you type into it efficiently. It works well for long messages. I recommend using shorter and more logically compound sentences to make the translation more effective. Complex sentences (mostly without proper punctuation) sometimes do not have the original meaning. By taking care of spelling and punctuation, translations are sure to be correct and logical.
