I have been using UiPath for automation purposes. I have designed processes for various business requirements in the insurance sector, such as policy comparison, application contact confirmation, and underwriting notes.

I have been mostly designing processes for clients' purposes, but I have also designed processes for internal business logic and other purposes such as HR automation to help HR. We have automation where all resumes get downloaded in the local folder. We grab the information from the PDF and store it in the Excel format.

UiPath enables us to implement end-to-end automation. We follow the specifications provided by our architect. We use UiPath Studio to design the processes. It is very helpful. We can easily drag activities and use them in automation.

UiPath is user-friendly. We can easily drag and drop activities even if we do not have any knowledge of coding. They are improving the dependencies and libraries, and they are focusing on activity enhancement. They are providing more options in the properties panel to use it.

UiPass will 100% speed up digital transformation for us. It will be helpful.

UiPath has reduced human error by 30%.

UiPath has also freed up time. The actions performed by humans are now performed by the bot. It saves almost 90% of the time.

The enhancements that they provide are valuable. We have been using certain built-in activities in which we have to define the classes. For instance, if we are using the for-each loop, we have to define the for-each loop for the particular class. If you drag and drop the variable itself or if you drag and drop the data table, it automatically takes the built-in class. It automatically fetches that and sets it up. Previously, we had to select the first two pairs of variables, then we had to select the classes for those particular variables. UiPath is rapidly enhancing the features inside the activities for developers' use.

I am a developer. I come from a background of Java technologies. I know how to code. For me, UiPath is far easier. We can just drag and drop the activities and write code, whether it is VBScript or VB.Net. For me, it is easy, but I have also seen people who do not have a coding background using UiPath to design a process. That is the main advantage of UiPath. You can design processes even if you do not know coding.

They should provide some more property options to the users in the Enterprise Edition 2021 and 2022. They should provide some more options and some more functionality for the developers to use the activities. They should also improve the activities panel and add more activities.

Their support should be improved in terms of response time.

I have been using UiPath for four years. I have experience with UiPath processes and Orchestrator. I have built business processes for clients and for internal use purposes.

It is stable. I would rate it an eight out of ten in terms of stability.

We can scale it. I would rate it an eight out of ten in terms of scalability.

We are using it in multiple offices. There are about 200 people who are using it.

Their support is slow. They should respond faster. I would rate them a five out of ten because they do not quickly respond to our queries even in an emergency. They take two to three days, but we would like them to respond with more urgency.

There are also UiPath forums where we can ask questions, and they help us.

I have not used any other RPA solution.

The deployment is straightforward if you are a developer. It takes about a week.

It is deployed on the cloud. It definitely requires support and maintenance.

We have five to six members.

Its price is fair. We have no problem. It is good.

I would 100% recommend UiPath if you want to automate any processes.

I have done certification from UiPath Academy. My colleague has also done associate certification. I am planning to do advanced certification, but I have not started it yet.

I would rate UiPath a nine out of ten. I am extremely happy with UiPath but not the support team.

I am a mechanical engineer, and I am in charge of seeing various production processes. We have various equipment and systems. Sometimes, they were unmanageable, and we used to experience breakdowns because of poor maintenance or poor management by our staff. That is what prompted us to try automating the systems and making them more efficient. That is why we acquired UiPath, and we have been using it to automate various production and design systems and processes.

UiPath enables us to implement end-to-end automation. It has helped to ensure that there are no machine breakdowns. It helps to ensure that what we are designing and what has been produced is as per the requirements.

We use the AI functionality in our automation programs for specific departments. We specifically use it in sales and finance. Most of the activities deal with data and numbers, so we needed to integrate artificial intelligence into those departments. It is helping us arrange our sales numbers, have our customer data, and maintain our employee information and data.

The AI functionality has enabled us to automate more complex processes in finance, sales, and customer departments. Previously, we used to struggle with the data in terms of breaking down those Excel numbers and the sales data. The AI functionality helps us break it down and understand it much better. Also, AI has helped us make decisions more easily because it helps us collect data and information much faster. These reports are very valuable in our company.

UiPath has enabled us to automate more processes overall. Initially, we planned to use the platform for design and production, but we have moved to customer service and finance, so it has helped us a lot more. There have been improvements in security management, customer service management, and ERP processes.

UiPath has reduced the cost of digital transformation. When you have UiPath, it opens up integration with other third-party platforms, such as customer relationship management platforms and workforce management platforms. It has opened up the way for digital transformation in our company.

UiPath has reduced human error. It serves as a second eye and goes through whatever has been done by our workforce. It helps to detect much faster where the issues are.

UiPath has freed up time. Previously, we used to have two shifts, a day shift and a night shift, but now, for the night shift, it is not a must to have all of the human workforce. Previously, we had 20 people on the day shift and 10 people on the night shift, but now, during the day as well as the night shift, we have 5 people less than before. We are able to assign other duties to these employees, and they are able to work on them. The work that was being done by 10 people can now be done by 5 people and much faster. We are able to assign these employees other activities where we were lagging behind. Overall, time has been freed up in our organization.

UiPath does save us money. When the systems and facilities are running faster, we are able to produce more. We can also serve our clients faster and even reach out to new markets, so it does save money and opens up more avenues to earn more money.

The best feature of UiPath is the integration. UiPath works very well for the automation of our facilities and systems. It not only integrates with our production systems but also with our ERP and CRM. It integrates with all of our processes so that we work in a unified manner and efficient manner.

Another strong point for acquiring UiPath is the ability to deploy and use it across various organizations operating in various industries. It does not matter whether you are in finance or engineering. You can deploy UiPath without many problems and start automating your operations.

Support maintenance is an improvement area. I understand that UiPath Academy is there to help users understand it better, but it would be better if the support and community were faster in responding to what is requested by clients. Sometimes, it takes quite some time, so a faster response when clients need something would be better.

I have been using UiPath for around four years.

Generally, it is stable, but it also depends on the usage. With any incorrect usage, it can crash.

It is scalable. New versions are coming up, and their teams are very generous with the information. They are very helpful.

Their support could be faster. Overall, I would rate their support a seven out of ten.

The UiPath Community is helpful in knowing about a problem. When we are looking for new information, we can get the help of the experts and peers at the UiPath Community to get accurate information about the platform.

We also used UiPath Academy initially to get trained on the proper usage of the platform. We only did the initial training there. Our usage has been minimal.

We were not using any alternative automation platform.

It was moderate in terms of complexity because we were trying to gather information about the platform, but we were able to link up with the other user communities.

It requires maintenance on our end. We have a team that is trained in the UiPath support and UiPath Academy. They have been checking the overall working levels and ensuring that they reach the required service levels. They also help to scale it up in case there is a new version or upgrade.

We used a UiPath integrator. He addressed our concerns much faster. Overall, we had a team of about five to seven people who were involved in the deployment and active adoption.

We have seen a return on investment because UiPath has made production faster. It has also reduced errors and breakdown times. All these errors and breakdown times used to cost us. We reduced them and the overall stability is rising, indicating that we are realizing our return on investment.

I find its pricing to be okay, but it also depends on the size of the company. Small users and individual users might not be able to exhaust all the features of the platform, but SMEs and large organizations are able to use the platform in a broad manner. They are able to enjoy many more benefits. UiPath needs to come up with a pricing and licensing model that favors small users and individual users.

To new users of UiPath, I would advise liaising with the user community that is closer to them and becoming a member. I would also advise taking advantage of the UiPath support and academy. You need to have a team of experts who can train you firsthand on its usage. If you follow those two steps, you will start reaping the maximum benefits of the product from early on.

In our case, it was not very easy to use UiPath, but it was also not very difficult. With the right team and with the right support from UiPath, you can do it without facing many difficulties, but when you have a team that does not understand it or that has not undergone the training, it will be difficult. With a team that is briefed and knows what it is supposed to do, it is not that difficult.

Overall, I would rate UiPath an eight out of ten.

I am working for a client. I am using on-premises UiPath Orchestrator. I have installed UiPath Studio and deployed some processes for automation.

I have used it for SAP automation, Excel automation, and web automation. I have not yet used the AI functionality. I might use it in the future.

Manual tasks are reduced, and in less time, I can complete a task.

UiPath has sped up our digital transformation by 20%.

UiPath has reduced human error. With automation, correct values get entered, and there is a reduction in human error. There is a 10% reduction.

UiPath has saved us money because there is a reduction in manpower. It has saved about 20% on costs.

In terms of time savings, for Excel automation, the backend activities are much faster, whereas web automation takes time because it requires loading the screen and capturing the elements. For Excel automation, the backend activities take 30% to 40% less time.

UiPath Orchestrator is very user-friendly and easy to understand.

The interface is very good. In the latest one, they have added many more activities, which has made it even easier to do automation.

While doing web automation, I am facing a selector issue. In the web portal, we need to capture a screen element. For capturing the screen element, when I run the job the next time, it fails because the limit is not recognized. It is very difficult to make the selector stable. It is not easy.

I have been using UiPath for more than two years.

At times, when I restart the system, the deployed robots take time to connect to the UiPath Orchestrator. Overall, I would rate UiPath a nine out of ten in terms of stability.

It is scalable. We can use it in different companies or industries, such as hospitality or finance. I would rate UiPath a nine out of ten in terms of scalability.

It is deployed at one location, and we have four to five users of UiPath.

I am satisfied with their support. Whenever I raise a ticket, they provide the required support.

UiPath has a user community, but I did not use it much. I used the UiPath documentation.

I have also used UiPath Academy and completed three courses. I have done the foundation course, the advanced course, and the continuous learning course. I am satisfied with the UiPath Academy courses.

I have also used Automation Anywhere. Compared to Automation Anywhere, UiPath is more user-friendly. In Automation Anywhere, we have to do lots of things, whereas in UiPath, we have to do fewer things, which makes it easier to do automation. Also, capturing the screen is much harder in Automation Anywhere. It is easier in UiPath.

The deployment of UiPath Orchestrator only takes one day.

In terms of maintenance, it only requires yearly license renewal and making sure it is up to date.

We have two people who are involved in the UiPath deployment.

Overall, I would rate UiPath a nine out of ten.

I am working with a Telecommunication company. I work on the software side and IT infrastructure side for the company. We had an EFT, and we needed to automate some functions. That is the main reason for using UiPath. We are able to do service failure handling, order handling, and other tasks. Currently, there are ten to twelve use cases related to telecommunication, but we are planning to automate most of the systems.

We have not yet used the AI functionality, but we are planning to use it in the next year.

UiPath automation has been helpful for the support team. With the error rate that we had, we could not manage the system. We could not manage the work with the people we had. We had five people on the team. By automating five or six operations, we are operating with two people. The other three people are working in other areas. We also did some automation for operations for the service provisioning team. In that team also, they had some resource issues with two to three people. They are now running operations without any issues. We have also automated use cases related to workflow for the call center back office. We have automated processes related to broadband customer changes. The savings vary from use case to use case. Overall, the support team has replaced five to six members, and the back office team now works with half the team. In some cases, we did not have human resources at all. We automated those processes, and they are functioning without human resources.

UiPath has helped to minimize our on-prem footprint.

UiPath has helped to automate repetitive tasks. Our teams were getting tired because they were doing the same thing. There are also benefits in terms of efficiency because bots can run 24/7.

UiPath has also helped with accuracy. We have 100% accuracy.

UiPath has reduced human error. We are not manually entering the values. They are coming directly from Excel. There are no misunderstanding issues. Bots only do what they are instructed or programmed to do.

UiPath has freed up 50% to 60% of the time of our staff.

Its integration is valuable, and it is very easy to use. I could do self-study and get started with the Community edition of UiPath. I have tried Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere. When I compare UiPath with these solutions, UiPath is easier to use. There is also a lot of community support. I have taken a lot of support from the UiPath Community. UiPath has a very good community, so I feel it is very easy.

There were one or two bugs, but they have already been fixed. At the functional level, UiPath is almost perfect. The only area for improvement would be the ability to use code. In Blue Prism and other tools, we can write the code, whereas UiPath is drag-and-drop, so sometimes we have limitations when it comes to implementation.

I have been using UiPath since 2020. It has been almost three years.

We have had some issues with the Community version, but in the licensed version, we have not had any issues. I would rate it a nine out of ten in terms of stability.

It is scalable. We started with one attended bot and one unattended bot, and now, we have three attended bots and three unattended bots. If we increase the number of projects, we can get a new license and deploy the bots. It is very scalable.

If we are not using a license, we can remove that license in the next year, but that has not happened. Every day, we are increasing the processes.

UiPath has a good community. If we have a problem, we can resolve almost all of our problems through the information available on the Internet. The design part is simple, and we have to design the system as the requirement but during the implementation, if we need it, we can get help from the community.

I have also used UiPath Academy. They provide a good foundation. We can learn the basic things about Excel automation and other functions. They cover the user cases for implementation. I have followed many things, and it has been a good support for me.

I have worked with Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere. Both Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism are complex, whereas UiPath is very simple. It is easy to learn. A beginner can easily and quickly work with UiPath, whereas it takes time to work with Blue Prism. UiPath is easy, and we can quickly learn UiPath. Its learning curve is low.

UiPath has a huge community. The community support is less with other tools.

We have had on-premises and cloud deployments. Currently, we are using the cloud one. The initial deployment took one or two days. It was not that difficult. The implementation of a use case takes one to two months.

In terms of maintenance, we need to maintain our infrastructure and bots. There may be some issues with the bots, and we need to monitor whether the functionalities are completed or not.

Its price is reasonable. UiPath's licensing is not a problem for us because we are a big company, but for small companies that need automation, it is difficult to afford. I am from Sri Lanka, and in our country, SMBs do not invest this amount of money into licensing. For a big company, it is not an issue.

Currently, we have five to six bots, and we are planning to increase them every year. It would be nice to have a version that has fewer features and a lower price.

UiPath is one of the best tools I have used. I have worked on Java and most web services technologies. Robotic process automation is one of the best technologies I have come across.

I would rate UiPath a nine out of ten.

UiPath provides a platform for building, managing, scheduling, and monitoring automated processes. We use it for various processes, such as cost analysis, repairing permissions, and manipulating Excel data.

UiPath enables us to build end-to-end automations, improving efficiency, enhancing customer service, and creating a human focus. The solution helps us reduce human error. UiPath saves us time because it's flexible and makes deploying processes easy.

It's easy to build automations in UiPath. It has a simple drag-and-drop interface.

UiPath has an active user community covering a variety of applications and use cases. The forum acts as a central hub for community members to ask questions, share knowledge, and seek help with different issues.

UiPath has added more artificial intelligence to the full version of the product. There are many options for developers to integrate AI capabilities like natural language processing and optical character recognition.

UiPath should expand its coding options and reduce its dependency on third-party resources. There should also be more flexible licenses for smaller businesses. It's hard for small companies to estimate the cost of adding users in their final budgets. UiPath could also improve error handling and capture a little more information about the execution of your processes.

I have used UiPath for the last four or five years.

UiPath is robust and always available.

I have used Automation Anywhere. The solutions are similar. UiPath has advantages in scheduling and analytics, but Automation Anywhere supports all the LoadRunner requirements.

Deploying UiPath is straightforward. The installation can take from a few hours to a day, depending on the project. You need to implement the architecture, create a data server, and integrate it with the solution.

I rate UiPath nine out of 10. It helps to learn a little coding in languages like SQL and Python. You should also take time to learn the platform with hands-on experience, instructor-led training, and online resources. You can start with a foundational UiPath course if you're new to the platform and learn about the fundamentals of RPA processes. Then, you can create a simple automation project to reinforce what you've learned. I also recommend joining the UiPath community and asking questions on the forum. Once you have the basics down, you can try some of the more advanced programs on UiPath Academy.

We have multiple use cases, including banking and finance. We are primarily taking data from PDFs and manipulating it in Excel, but we also build some UI-related automations.

UiPath has saved my team some time by streamlining our processes. Previously, it took nearly a month to complete the accounting processes, but we've reduced it to one week. Before we implemented UiPath, they were working day and night to complete the task, so it reduced the time by almost 90 percent. We're further refining the process to reduce the time to five or six days.

The solution has reduced human error, which also saves us some time because we don't need to go back and correct mistakes. It's almost 100 percent error-free. It saves us money from server costs when we automate processes because there are typically so many people working on the same task. It reduces payroll costs.

The UiPath Academy offers multiple certificates, which is excellent because we're asked for certifications during our interviews and audits. We've completed most of the UiPath Academy course. There's a foundational certification, and UiPath offers additional courses when they launch a new feature. We can get a deeper understanding of that particular function. The best thing is that it's free, and anyone can access the academy courses.

UiPath's interface is excellent and accessible to new developers. It's easier for beginners to learn, and the learning curve is shorter compared to other tools. If you know Python and any other programming language, writing custom scripts is simple. Other solutions like Robocop and Power Automate have less flexibility in the scripting languages you can use.

We can implement end-to-end automation in most cases because we can use a different language if we encounter any limitations. For example, in one of my projects, we had an issue extracting the data from a scanned document. After reading that scanned copy, it couldn't pull the correct number. We could clean the image using Python scripting, and recreate it so that the output was correct. If we reach a hurdle we can't get over, we can switch to a different scripting language.

UiPath's community is another thing that sets it apart from other RPA tools. Whenever we get stuck on something, we can go to the community to see if others are facing the same issue. There are many queries in that forum. That's how my team often solves an issue. The forum will have the solution 90 percent of the time. It's a fantastic resource.

UiPath could improve machine learning for its Document Understanding module. We have to train that model to pull the data from different digitized or non-digitized documents. The classification could be improved, but I'm not sure how they could make it better.

Sometimes, we get an error when we are developing something in the UiPath Studio for Salesforce. It gives me an error when I create one line of code, but I don't get the error when I make the same line of code again. We also get some bugs when UiPath adds new features. If we're developing multiple activities on one core, it can slow the response times a bit, and it will take more time when we try to download the dependencies or other packages.

If we're doing UI-related automation, updates to the website might remove a specific UI element, and it affects the code. That's a drawback to using UiPath for a website.

I have used UiPath for more than four years.

There are some performance issues during development. When we transfer a process from one machine to another using GitHub, it will work fine on my machine, but it will take time for the other developers to redownload the particular dependencies. It is not going to update immediately.

I rate UiPath nine out of 10 for scalability.

I rate UiPath support seven out of 10. Their frontline support agents don't know that much and often cannot recognize the issue. After contacting UiPath two or three times, they finally assigned us a technical person who could resolve the issue within twenty minutes. However, it took two or three days altogether. Our bot wasn't functioning for that entire time.

I have used other RPA tools, including Robocorp, Power Automate, and Automation Edge. UiPath is great for data manipulation. When we want to take values from tables like columns and rows, it's effortless because it's using the .NET language. I use Power Automate and Robocorp because some clients need to develop their processes with these tools.

UiPath is better than the alternatives, but some of the other tools perform better. For example, if I have the same code in Robocorp and UiPath and run the processes at the same time, Robocorp will complete faster if we're only considering UI-related automation. In most use cases, it's the same, but Robocorp is a little bit faster when automating UI-related processes because it's directly selecting that particular UI element.

If I want to click to the next page and process the data, it will be faster in Robocorp. In UiPath, it's easier to develop the code and configure the bot, but Robocorp is faster.

Deploying UiPath is easy. Only one person is needed to install it. It takes around two or three hours to install and configure the solution because the file is larger We have to download UiPath Studio and other components

UiPath requires some maintenance. If the process involves a user interface, we need to adjust it when the website is updated and a UI element is changed. When that happens, we need to update the code that references that particular UI element.

UiPath is expensive compared to other solutions like AutomationEdge, which is cheap. Last year, it wasn't too high, but I believe they updated their licensing model, making it very costly.

I rate UiPath eight out of 10. UiPath is an excellent tool, and you can get support quickly from UiPath. One thing I would note is that you can negotiate with UiPath for lower initial costs, but they will likely increase the price after you enroll.

I automated the use cases related to medical processes such as posting the payments, downloading the files from the portal, and claiming medicals.

It is easy to create automation, and it is also easy to test for your test case. If you want to go live with a process, that is easy. You can publish the package from UiPath Studio, and in Orchestrator, you can see if the bot is working fine or not in the unattended mode. If the bot is not working fine and continuously throwing an error, you can stop it from your side. You do not have to log in and stop the bot manually.

One of the projects where UiPath has been beneficial is related to payment posting. It is a weekly process that we run on Friday or Saturday. There are about 1,500 records. Before automating it, we could handle 150 to 200 records per day. It took about 20 days to develop the bot, and the testing took two to three hours. After ensuring everything is fine and publishing it, in 10 hours, we are able to post all the records we have. It takes 15 seconds to post one record. We have developed this automation for one client who has multiple clients. We created a master config for that and changed the credentials and the input file. This way the bot processes one client and posts everything, and then the second client and posts everything. It will continuously run every day.

We also used Computer Vision automation for one of the projects, and we also have automation that gets triggered based on a real-time event. For example, on receiving a client email, the bot runs and does the required task.

As compared to other tools, UiPath is more specific. If you need to develop something specific and publish it, UiPath is very helpful for that.

Another valuable feature of UiPath is the training. Those who do not have a programming background and want to understand how UiPath works can go to the UiPath portal to get free training. They can train themselves as a business analyst, a developer, or an automation developer. The training system is good.

The development and practical aspects are also good. When you get a project and you start working with UiPath, you need to buy all the licenses, but you can also develop some processes without buying a license for demo or testing purposes. You can show it to your manager without buying the license.

In advanced features, there is a feature called Document Understanding, which is helpful for scraping the required data from a PDF.

UiPath Academy is very simple. You do not need any guidance on how to use it. After you log in, you get training based on your role, such as whether you are a developer, solution architect, analyst, or delivery manager. You go to the training section accordingly, which not only has text or PDF but also some videos and practical scenarios. They provide some dummy files as well that you can implement in your system. You can use them to see if it is working or not.

The UiPath forum or community is also there. If you have some questions, people will help you with that. Someone will definitely reply to you, and you will get a solution.

Some kind of code repository would be good. Other than that, everything is fine in UiPath. They improve it every quarter and bring something new.

I have been using this solution for three years.

It is a stable product. In the last year, I have not found any kind of issue or server error. I did not have any issues where the server was down, so you can rely on UiPath.

It is scalable. UiPath provides all kinds of solutions. Based on that, you need to build your project and diagram. You can then start the job immediately.

We are in the healthcare business. My client has about 5,000 members, but over the past year, we have deployed about 25 processes along with 30 payment posting processes. We have five developers.

You can buy licenses depending on the number of bots that you have. If you have 10 bots, you do not have to buy 10 licenses. You can buy one license and insert that one license to run the bots one by one. You can buy as many licenses based on your convenience.

When you have a licensed version, you can raise a ticket in case you have any issues. They usually respond within 24 hours, but they can also take two to three days.

We were facing an issue with the Computer Vision process for 20 days, and we were not able to find a solution. We raised a ticket with UiPath. They connected with me in two or three days. They monitored all the things and recommended the changes. After making the changes, everything worked fine.

I would rate them an eight out of ten because they should give an immediate resolution for any production-related issues. They should have connected immediately after we created the ticket, but they connected after two to three days, so we lost the money for two to three days.

I have only used two or three RPA tools. As compared to Power Automate and Blue Prism, UiPath is the best. The cost of Power Automate is a little bit low in comparison to UiPath, but Power Automate does not have flexibility. If you have a large project, go with your UiPath, and if you have a small project, you can go with Power Automate.

UiPath is also good when you have use cases where you need to save your portal credentials or FTP credentials. You can easily use the features of UiPath Orchestrator for that, whereas, with Power Automate, there is no way to save your credentials. You need to save them somewhere else, such as in a text file or an Excel file, which is not secure because if someone opens the file, they can see the credentials. In the case of UiPath, they can see only the username, not the password. This kind of protection is there.

UiPath provides two options: One is a cloud-based Orchestrator and the other one is an on-premises Orchestrator. For safety purposes, most of the companies are not using the cloud-based Orchestrator. They are using the on-premises Orchestrator, but you need to set up your database and connect it with Orchestrator. This way, all the things that you have done at the project level are stored in your database. UiPath does not take any responsibility for that. If you do not have a database and you want to run a process smoothly, you can go for the cloud one.

My current project is on the cloud because they did not want to install their own database and set up all the things. It was better to use the cloud option because they did not need to install anything on the system.

The deployment probably takes one to three days. When you buy your license and connect with them, they will guide you on how to set up things. It is easy for me because I have been using it for the last three years.

We calculate ROI every month end to see how much we have saved. For example, if we have a bot for downloading four files, we do not need to redevelop it for another client. With a few modifications, we can use the same bot, which saves money.

In comparison to Power Automate, UiPath's price is a little bit high.

The Community edition of UiPath Studio is free. If you want to learn something or develop a process, you can install the Community edition of UiPath Studio. If you buy a license for UiPath Studio, the updates do not happen automatically, whereas, in the Community edition of UiPath, all the things are updated automatically. Once you log in yourself, after every four months or five months, when there is an update, it will automatically update itself, but if you buy the licensed version, it will not update immediately. It will not impact your project.

It is better to use automation. Nowadays, every company is adopting automation. I would recommend choosing an RPA tool based on your requirements. I have not used Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere much, so I cannot compare it with them. However, UiPath is better than Power Automate. Based on my discussions with other people who use other RPA solutions, it seems UiPath is the best. With separate components such as UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator, you do not mix up things, so you can clearly do your job.

I would rate UiPath a nine out of ten because I have not had any disappointment from using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator. None of the jobs that I have built so far have failed.

My client is a bank, and we create bots for them. They had processes that their employees used to do manually. They gave them to us to mimic the actions that they did. We automated those processes.

UiPath has increased the net worth of our organization. From UiPath, our organization has gained much more than expected.

UiPath improves the workflow. When we automate the processes, they go into the bank environment where they are used by all the employees from all the regions or states.

UiPath enables us to implement end-to-end automation. It is very easy to build automation using UiPath.

UiPath improves efficiency. The last project I worked on had 1,200 people working on the process. We automated that process, and with automation, 1,200 people have been eliminated directly.

I have not used UiPath's AI functionality but my team has. It makes it easy to automate processes that are more complex or involved.

UiPath has not saved us costs. When we use AI Fabric, we have to implement it additionally to the production environment, and it costs more.

UiPath has reduced human error by about 70%.

UiPath has freed up employees' time. The time saved depends on the process. If a person is doing the same process the whole day and we automate that, he has the whole time for other activities.

The Excel activities are valuable. We can do browser automation through other sites or tools, but for Excel, using tools or options like Selenium or JavaScript is quite complicated because we have to import the file from the JSQL or other things, whereas, in UiPath, we get direct activities. We can directly perform the operations by using the activities. We can directly apply logic to it, and that is how UiPath makes Excel automation easy. This is why I like it.

We have been getting positive outcomes from the UiPath Community. Whenever I have any questions, I go directly to the UiPath Community. Most times, we get the answer from there.

Currently, we have to additionally implement UiPath Fabric. It would be easier if it is already integrated with UiPath rather than having to add it. We have to take the dependencies by searching them. We should be able to go for the default ones.

Its stability also needs improvement.

It has been approximately one and a half years.

The stability needs to be improved. The UiPath selector is consistently failing.

It is a scalable product. We have about 150 users using the solution. It is being used in multiple departments.

Technical support is much needed. It has to be there.

Our team has used UiPath Academy and UiPath Community. Whenever we get stuck while building the solutions, we most often get a solution from there. It is quite efficient.

I have used Selenium. In Selenium, we write scripts. We use the Java language for automation. We have to write the code, which makes it more complex, whereas, with UiPath, we can use direct activities, which makes it easier to understand and write the code.

We work in the cloud. Its deployment is easier. For the older versions, it was quite difficult, but with the upgraded version, it is quite easy.

It takes five to ten minutes, depending on how many bots you want to implement. If you want to implement one, you can directly do it in ten minutes.

One person is enough for the deployment. For maintaining the bots, we have a team because the developers and users do not have access to the production environment.

We have seen a 100% ROI.

The price of UiPath is comparatively higher than Selenium. Selenium is a free tool, and UiPath is quite expensive.

Some organizations make automation costlier than it has to be. They use UiPath, and while selling the products, they make it more costly. It depends on the organization.

Freshers can learn UiPath. They will get knowledge about logic building.

I would recommend UiPath to others. I would rate UiPath an eight out of ten.

I have worked on use cases for three domains, which include the banking, health care, and insurance domains, and designed bots for automating processes.

UiPath enables us to implement end-to-end automation. In my three years of experience, I have developed bots for banking, insurance, and healthcare domains.

UiPath is very easy to use. We are able to automate manual processes with bots, so the work gets done in a very short time. Manual work that takes months can be done in two or three weeks.

UiPath helps to speed up digital transformation. It is easy to use. It completely removes human intervention. We can develop unattended bots. It brings efficiency and also helps in reducing human headcount. After UiPath was launched in our organization, there was a reduction of 800 employees.

UiPath Studio and Orchestrator have been useful in designing the bots. I know about Document Understanding, but I am not working on integration services such as app integration. For building automation, a lot of activities are there. There is load taxonomy or taxonomy creation. After that, there is digitization, classification, and extraction. The validation part is also there. These are the steps for designing a bot using Document Understanding.

I have used UiPath Academy courses. I have done two courses. I did the UiPath Associate certification in 2021, and UiPath Advanced RPA Developer v1.0 certification in January 2023. I am currently preparing for the advanced UiARD certification. Through the UiPath Academy courses, I have learned a lot of things about queues, Orchestrator, advanced methods, etc. It is very good for learners.

On my organization laptop, while doing database activities, such as database connect activity, UiPath Studio hangs. We click on the screen, but there is no response. The only option that works at that time is to open the task manager and forcefully stop the services of UiPath. UiPath gets closed, and we again have to run UiPath Studio.

UiPath Studio is also slow during web scraping and screen scraping.

In terms of new features, UiPath already has many features, but its pricing can be better for small businesses.

I have been working with UiPath since December 2020. It has been three years since I have been working as an RPA developer.

We are an organization with about 1,300 employees, and we have 20 people working with UiPath.

I have not used their support. When I have a problem in developing a bot, we use the UiPath community, and they provide me with a solution for the same.

I have also used Blue Prism. UiPath is easy to understand. It is easier to develop and deploy bots in UiPath. In Blue Prism, there are some challenges related to how to create processes. In UiPath, there are many sections such as Control Panel, activity properties, or object repository. They provide a modern experience to the developers. It is better than Blue Prism.

To deploy three projects, I had to install UiPath on the client's machine, and it took only one and a half days.

We have two or three people for the deployment of projects. We have one person to deploy the code on a client machine. We also have a solution architect and a support team. The deployment requires only two or three days.

Small businesses do not have the budget to purchase the UiPath license. They should provide a cheaper license option for small businesses.

It is a very good solution. There are various RPA solutions, but UiPath is currently the number one solution in India as well as outside of India.

I would rate UiPath a ten out of ten. I love this tool. It works very efficiently.

I use UiPath to automate my client's PDF files and emails.

Compared to other programming languages, UiPath is exceptionally easy to build automation with.

UiPath enables end-to-end automation. In our current automation process, we receive the file from the client, which we then use to automate their email notification process.

I have taken advantage of UiPath's Academy courses for both beginner and advanced training, acquiring a significant number of valuable tips in the process.

By implementing UiPath, we have significantly reduced human error in the process. We have also streamlined the process, reducing the number of humans required from ten to just two, further minimizing the possibility of errors.

UiPath offers many valuable features, but the most valuable is the accuracy of its workflow process.

I would like more flexibility during recording and debugging because currently, when UiPath is in debug mode, we cannot make any changes.

I have been using UiPath for one year.

UiPath is stable.

The initial deployment is easy. I manually run the bot to deploy UiPath.

I would rate UiPath an eight out of ten.

The only maintenance we do is delete the logs to free up the storage.
