What do you dislike about the product?
The Platform provides essential, widely-used features, which are beneficial for most users. However, in specific scenarios, greater extensibility would enable us to create custom solutions independently, reducing dependency on the solutions team. Enhanced flexibility could make the platform even more user-driven and versatile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai is solving the challenge of creating and managing intelligent conversational AI solutions across multiple channels. It streamlines the development of virtual assistants for customer service, HR, IT support, and more, enabling businesses to automate tasks, enhance user engagement, and improve operational efficiency. For me, it simplifies the process of deploying AI-driven bots, reducing manual effort and increasing productivity.
