What do you like best about the product?
Copilot has helped to really expand our keyword rankings, and overall the platform helps to catch areas for improvements quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can’t think of anything. We find it extremely valuable and a tool that is used to bridge our marketing and IT teams.

With having had a new website rollout in the past year, BrightEdge is helping to monitor progress lately

Dashboard customization helps us see what we need to improve in a quick and easy way!

There was a bit of a learning curve when we first started, but our account rep has been super helpful!

Brightedge is a great tool for us to manage our web presence through this challenging time.

Sometimes the speed to navigate pages is not too fast

Very Powerful, Visually Boring
What do you like best about the product?
The tools BE offers are powerful and has helped our clinics traffic and request appointment numbers. As well as content creations
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience is not great. Many pages looks very similar to eachother which becomes confusing. Some elements aren't recognizable as buttons because they are either really small, or lack of color. Overall the platform feels overwhelming without spending a ton of time on it.

Very Comprehensive App for SEO, PPC, Content Ideation / Creation and More
What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge is a well thought out APP that covers SEO, PPC, content ideation / creation and more. Not only that, but it does them very well and incorporates features an advanced user will also gain benefit from.
The other great benefit of BrightEdge was having very knowledgeable account manager with me on regularly scheduled calls to help get me up to speed quickly and informing me of new features as they are available.
The BrigthEdge app was already in place when I started, so I can not speak to the ease or lack of it for integration or implementation, but I have to believe it was easy just like using the app itself.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to dislike BrightEdge, but for my situation starting at a new company that needed to crawl before they can walk with SEO, I needed to get many of the basics in order first before I could start using all the power of the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge provides opportunities for digital marketers doing SEO, PPC, content and more. Since I am in charge of all of those when doing SEO and PPC, the benefits are many. Even advanced concepts such as cannibalization between SEO and PPC is something I had to do manually before BrightEdge.
Exceptional service and processes from the start
What do you like best about the product?
The knowledge level of the employees and ease of use of the platform. From the first contact through regular relationship nurturing, onboarding and teaching - staff and processes are. obviously, well thought out.
The platform integrates easily with our website, the recommendations are very targeted to our audience and easy to implement.

Nothing as of yet, I have been a customer for not quite a year yet and everything has gone smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge helps us determine keywords that we had not considered, suggested improvements for our content as well as helped us with content development.

What do you like best about the product?
During my use of the BrightEdge platform, I have been most happy with the effective communication and assistance of the representatives. The BrightEdge team members have made the experience much more enjoyable and given great guidance on using their platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as dislikes, I do not really have one thing I can say. The only intimidating portion was the depth of different features that BrightEdge provides clients with. This can be overwhelming at first but, with great assistance from the team, I was able to understand what I was doing more effectively

The issues that BrightEdge solved for us is page rankings. We were able to move to top positions for multiple categories of products.
Robust SEO Tool for Enterprises
What do you like best about the product?
As a digital marketer, I use BrightEdge daily to track keyword performance, optimize content, and uncover new SEO opportunities. While it’s easy to use, some functionalities aren’t always the most intuitive. That said, the BrightEdge team is fantastic—providing frequent product knowledge sessions that keeps me, and my team informed about new features and best practices. This is especially useful given the evolving SEO landscape, especially with the rise of AI-driven search.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are not intuitive and while data cubex has powerful capabilities, I don't like that performance comparisons are limited to month over month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrightEdge helps me address the challenges of optimizing the websites I manage for increased organic search visibility by providing timely insights and reliable data.
A great SEO tool/partner
What do you like best about the product?
The Brightedge platform has given our company valuable insight into what our competitors are focusing on content wise, while also pointing out technical aspects that we need address with our development team.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most enterprise solutions - cost is high compared to platforms like SEMrush.
