What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the different charts and graphs that show the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit confusing to learn what everything does, especially when new to the SEO world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us see what other competitors are doing and how we rank against them.

The UI can be a bit much and a little finicky at time.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm an SEO analyst, and BrightEdge is a very helpful tool for me. It helps me analyze keywords and performance in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm pretty happy with BrightEdge. I like the features and the ease of use. If a colleague asked me about it, I would definitely recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrightEdge to manage my SEO campaigns. When I am dealing with more than 20-30K keywords, the bulk keyword search volume and performance information is really helpful.
