Brightedge is a comprehensive SEO tool that provides page-by-page specific recommendations.
What do you like best about the product?
The specific recommendations provided on each page provide guidance on where to invest time on improving search performance. With a small team we can quickly focus on areas that can have a quick impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Research interface can be a bit complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We began using Brightedge to achive improvement in three areas:
- Grow our search traffic
- Help guide content creation
- Guide copywriting for search on existing web pages
Brightedge helps in all three areas, with daily recommendations on where we can focus on improving search performance coupled with a robust research capability that helps us decided which pages to focus on and what terms are important.

Great Customer Success Experience to use tools
What do you like best about the product?
The great point about BE is their Customer Success team, who can understand a bit of technicalities and guide users on our own pace. It gives me understanding on a hollistic view on SEO and understanding to use BrightEdge according to our needs (for example: analysis, content briefing, etc.)
I like the new Data Cube X - and have been using that most of the time to do keyword or page analysis. It gives me a high level overview on keyword to be tackled, and how to win the game realistically. Been using this in at least 5 different languagages as I handled different markets.

The overall user interface and experience can be improved - but still can be navigated properly at the moment.

All the tools in Brightedge are outstanding and easy to learn.

I do wish the Research Keywords section in Brightedge could show you which ones your ranking for.

It's completely revolutionized how I work, showing me where I need to focus my efforts.

The bi-weekely training, and the up to date SEO best practicde recommendations

Sometimes too many steps to find the function that I am looking for.

A solid cloud platform for most things
What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge is intuitively organized. It's great for tracking keyword performance and getting quick recommendations for improvements. It's a solid platform for keyword research and works fine for generating research briefs. Great customer support, at least for enterprise users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does a lot of things well, but the keyword research section could be a little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me track keywords, conduct research for new SEO content, and monitor performance and technical SEO metrics.
Has helped our SEO a ton
What do you like best about the product?
Research time has been cut in half, getting to the right content that I want to publish and use. Their AI is extremely helpful!

I really haven't found a down side yet. My Customer succes manager is amazing and always helpful.

Writing content quicker and ability to do a ton of research that my content is relevant.

How efficient all the tools within the software is and how effective it turns out to be

Wish there was more features for localized volume when it comes to keywords

Making everything more quick and clean and only makes our work better
AI Overview Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we have insights into AI Overviews on a monthly, weekly AND daily basis

Localization in reporting is annoying and complicates things

The dashboard is incredibly intuitive and makes researching and optimizing content an overall better experience.
