Powerful tool, but not necessarily "plug and play"

What do you like best about the product?
Out of the box, Zuora offers a large feature set with a lot of functionality. Based on your specific requirements, you may or may not be able to use it out of the box -- or more likely, you may need to make customizations to the software, process, or your way of doing business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training and technical documentation are better than most software providers I've used before; however, there are too many things that are not well-explained (or even explained a lot), that can result in frustration in implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Zuora CPQ to standardize our Quoting process and sync the new billing information to Zuora. We are using Zuora to invoice customers and manage their subscriptions.

What do you like best about the product?
Exceptional customer support, very responsive and customer focused
What do you dislike about the product?
API transition to REST generates significant additional work for long time customers without a corresponding improvement in functionality. In some cases features are lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transforming business model from hardware focused to subscription software model

Seamless Migration, Great Features

What do you like best about the product?
I have been impressed by product catalog. I would call it a smart product catalog with future amendments etc. Also UI is great and corresponding API is flawless. We have been able to connect our middle tier/microservices with zuora api without a hitch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to make email more dynamic. Such as if zuora is sending an email to user for failed payments - maybe we can insert upcoing new content that user might be interested in - thus user will quickly update the payments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Successfull payments. We are tyring to maximize our successfull payments. We are also trying to keep churn in check.

We also wanted to expand our product catalog to offer more products for promos etc.

Smart idea, steep learning curve

I kie that MRR forces you to think about growing the realtionship based on creating value as opposed to discounts
What do you dislike about the product?
steep learning curve, reporting requires a lot of vlookups in excel to get what is sometimes needed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing revenue. More sales rep accountability
Recommendations to others considering the product:
get your data right and understand how reports work - that will save you a lot of frustration

Muli product support, Tired pricing, remping, Bunddling and revpro.
usage tracki9ng, reporting, zuora IBM connect and docuemnt generation.
We like zuora for batter intigrtion ith our CRM.
The community and Tring is charry on top.

multipul accounts creation in CRM sysstem to support billing account

many change in subscribiption over the time supported by zuora, you can track, forcase, store usage and report on the usage to notify user for upsell :)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you are a subscription business you should use zuora to track your business.
