Easy to use vulnerability scans
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to start and implement. We have used it extensively for the API endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing, it is not teh solution for clients on budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fully automated and constant monitoring of all critical endpoints for JWT misconfigurations.

Easy to use DAST tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and configuration, pricing, REST API.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not possible to queue scans for a single target or have concurrent scans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to integrate quaterly vulnerability scans into our CI/CD pipeline. Probely was the DAST solution which better fit our budget/requirements.
Easy to use, reliable results and excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Configuration and setup are very simple, scanning processes are stable and findings are reliable. Excellent and even proactive customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention here. Completely satisfied.

Regular and automated vulnerability scanning.
Easy to use application vulnerability scanner
What do you like best about the product?
Probely is appreciated by our developers for its ease of use and the level of details it provides in navigating the results from the vunerability scanner. It meets our compliance requirements and allows for continual scanning and remidiation.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we used a paid version - the free plan does not allow any targets and its easy to use up the scan hour credits. Other than that we don't have any compliants about this tool.

Web and API integration allows us to scan the defined targets. The weekly digest email along with the compliance reports satisifes our requirement for compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Probely explains any issues it finds very clearly, giving each a severity level grade and also including guidance on resolving them.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much wrong with the tool. Just a couple of minor things. If you have to change the target of your scans at some point, for whatever reason, you have to ask their support ot do this. They have done this quickly whenever we have asked for a change.
The other minor issue is, if the scan target is changed, all the historical scans are labelled with the new target name. This could be misleading. For example, we were scanning clear on a site of ours and suddenly issues were reported. It turned out that site had moved away to another supplier. We changed the target but the records now make it look like our current target had a blip where issues appeared.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very good front-end vulnerability scanner. In our line of business it's important to be able to show you take steps to detect and remove vulnerabilities in web apps.
Great tool to enhance security and produce evidence for Application State of Security
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use, can scan apps and APIs behind auth, generous free tier, good PDF reports as evidence of state of security
What do you dislike about the product?
Large applications will require you to pay, no manuall penetration testing add-on, can take hours (an sometimes even upwards of a day!!) to scan larger apps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a tool to find security issues in a production environment without any disrtuption, and presents it in a executive-ready report. This report also has suggestions on how to fix, and then can be presented to potential customers as evidence of a secure app.
Easy to use and tailored fro developers
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of using it. Set the initial url, login page, and security profile, and it's good to go. I don't have a thousand vulnerabilities that are garbaje, and I only get vulnerabilities that are real.

For the 1st time, we can start scanning before deploying to production, and the developers get the vulnerabilities (and the fix instructions) on our Jira. When they fix and close the issue, it's automatically retested.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be careful on performing scans on production / live websites. We perform a full scan on staging and only a sage on production,

What do you like best about the product?
I tried a number of online penetration testing tools for around two weeks, and found Probely to be the best match for my needs. It is one of the easiest to set up, it covers a wide range of tests, including scanning behind a login, and the customer service is excellent and very personalised.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following several years of fighting hackers and spammers, I decided to commit to an automated tool for finding security weaknesses in my site. Probely found numerous issues, categorising them as high, medium and low, and this allowed me to priortise what to fix first. The issues found were explained fully, well evidenced, and they even provided instructions for fixing the issues. As a result, I am now much more confident that my web property is secure and I have not had any hacking incidents to deal with since I started using Probely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A worthwhile investment if you have a web property of medium to high complexity that needs to be protected.
Great Vulnerability Scanning Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The API is my favorite part of Probe.ly. Everything in the available in the web Interface is on the API, so it saves me and my team of developers a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still waiting on the Jira integration. But they have it in their roadmap, so hopefully it's coming soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes security so much easier for our developers. We integrated the lightning scans in our CI pipeline and since then everything is really hands-off and automatic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make use of the API. I suggest you adding Probe.ly to your CI/CD timeline. Additional, you can integrate Probe.ly with your slack channel
