Managing Network Alerts and issues
What do you like best about the product?
Our teams like having one place to go to manage alerts and performance monitoring, especially as using text or email alerts tend to just get lost as noise.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had no issues thus far; we are still working on adjusting the alert thresholds to be sure we have the things that are important to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one place to go to see and resolve issues; we no longer text or email issues/alerts to our agents, keeping those channels open for more important things. Right now we are only using it in sub-production, tweaking it for the alerts to fit our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the built in integrations to send information both directions, allowing end users to get all the information they need in 1 spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each alert needed to be set up individually, it would be great if there was a machine learning option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualization and quick resolution to outages, in some cases before they are even noticed by the end users.

Solarwinds provides us with the most accurate data real time and creates the incidents the moment it detetcts something is not working.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish that once it opened all the tickets when a system went down, it would also close them once it detected the systems were up, or if it would add comments or notes to say it has resolved, or lower the priority,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The proper noc teams get notified when something goes down and that improves the resolution time.

Solarwinds gives us a modern, more functional tool for monitoring our network devices

There was nothing in particular that I disliked

We have increased our visibility into our network infrastructure
Does exactly what it says. Works well.

Easy to install and configure. We got it up and running to automatically create incidents in a few minutes.

So far we have only been able to use it to interact with the Incident table. I would like to see more options.

Service Desk needed the ability to quickly receive outage details and router info. This app lets that happen
