What do you like best about the product?
Being able to configure your accounts based off the queue you are needing to work. Being able send dunning notices across all accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process with getting issues resolved when it's not functioning properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HighRadius helps provide specialist a start when working account by providing a worklist.

I like that the High Radius team is committed to ensuring their product works effectively and is adding value.

I wish they had a customer support phone number to reach out to the help desk to open tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High Radius makes our cash application processing efficient so we don't have to have an army of employees posting payments.

I like the fact that it will take emailed remit read them and populate it in HRC

We are still learning high radius, so we are liking it a little more every day

I like the fact that it can take a 700 line payment and apply in seconds

Lack document And turnover seems high. This can be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
On the cash application side it has helped us get to one person for application. For collection side the benefits have been auto first past due notices for collections .
What do you dislike about the product?
The escalation process and getting issues resolved. Timeline of getting a account manager assigned to the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The application of cash is now auto applied. For the coledtions side the auto emails for collection notices. It's no longer manual.
