HRC deduction Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Layout is very user friendly and intuitive. Automated backup retrieval is very efficient and convenient.

I feel like their OCR capabilities need some improvements. Speed of some jobs could be improved.

Automation and Customization
What do you like best about the product?
HighRadius is a great tool that provides automated solutions and customizable strategies for our collections team. This is also a great tool that allows us to track the progress and usage of our collectors.
What do you dislike about the product?
We currently don't have a way to upload bulk lists of invoices to update multiple invoice statuses at once, which cause manual work for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With extensive AR across hundreds of customers, HighRadius' ability to send out monthly statements each month helps keep our collection efforts on track. The customizable strategies also allows us to create timelines specific to our range of customers.
An application that greatly streamlines the cash application process.
What do you like best about the product?
The feature I like most is Integrated Receivables as it dramatically streamlines the process of the cash application. That its analysis and reporting tools have a chock-full nature is time saving- this, in turn, frees me to get down with other important tasks. Where HighRadius is special is the identification of root cause of issues that ensures faster resolution. The degree of automation here is a breakthrough, in particular when working with several Account Managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, on the other side of things, I will have to complain that HighRadius sometimes seems a bit lagging, mostly when it comes to creating full extended reporting. It can be inconvenient because the ability to check reports is very important for me, as it makes my job easier but customizability is limited in this aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HighRadius is improving important problems of automation and data processing. It simplifies complicated procedures, which makes my work more effective.

Automation that WORKS
What do you like best about the product?
We have used HRC processes and support for over 10 years now. It has enabled us to compete in a very high volume business and manage all AR related processes and meet our customers high level of expectation and timelines. In addition, with HRC automation and workflow, we do it more efficiently and cost effectivly. We have been able to share our pain points and concerns with HRC and together, developed solutions that work for us. It's been a fun journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
HRC is a good partner and if I have a concern or broken process, they are quick to address it. Customers change and we have to adapt but response times are pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The dispute managment process has been tremendous for us. The high voulme and strict requirements by our customers were overwhelming but with HRC automation is now doable.
Account receivable and billing AI tool application
What do you like best about the product?
Highradius has the best application AI tool for managing billings account receivable and invoice management finanace of each industry. Easy tools to capture client payment receivable, invoice, pdfs and financial instrument with easy tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I didn't figure the to dislike Highradius, but yes Highradius support team should be more active when are having query post on community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are developing for clients requirement process in account receivable, billing, financial closure, credits and collection and P2P. And make easy workflow and management finance for clients. I am still implementing tools and it's easy to use for tracking invoice payment, billing etc

What do you like best about the product?
HighRadius's ease of use impresses me. The dashboard is incredibly user-friendly, and the software is very adaptable. Having everything in one spot makes keeping track of my payments and collections simple. The thorough reporting is another aspect I value because it offers essential information about how well my firm is doing. The customer service personnel also responds quickly and is quite helpful in fixing any issues I run into.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my pet peeves with HighRadius is that it can occasionally be slow. Also, I periodically experience software issues while working quickly to complete my task. Even if the reports are comprehensive and fascinating, it is inconvenient that they occasionally take a while to generate. Last but not least, the reporting functionality might use additional customization options even though it is functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HighRadius is solving the problem of manual and time-consuming financial processes by automating tasks such as cash application and collections management. This has increased efficiency and accuracy in our financial operations, ultimately benefiting our company's bottom line. The software's reporting functionality also provides valuable insights that help us make informed business decisions. HighRadius has saved my colleagues and me a lot of time and effort and has dramatically improved my business operations.
A simple accounting software for managing accounts receivables
What do you like best about the product?
I'm pleased with the accounts receivable management software we're using. HighRadius has been a big help in managing our invoices and payments. What I like most about it is that it simplifies administrative tasks related to accounts receivable, which frees up our team's time to focus on more valuable activities, such as strategic decision-making. Plus, the customer service is top-notch and the interface is convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have trouble getting into the High Radius system, and when we do, we encounter important system errors that disrupt our everyday work. I think it's something that should be fixed in future updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have found a way to reduce the amount of time it takes to handle our daily incoming payments by using a system that automatically matches our payment records with our bank deposits. This saves us time and brings us closer to implementing machine learning and artificial intelligence technology. Additionally, this system alows us to keep better track of our collections and stay in touch with our customers.
Be wary of support issues
What do you like best about the product?
The cash application module has historically been a great time saver for our team. The technology does a good job of proposing matches and allows more information to be added to the customer profile to enhance match rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bank integration stopped working over two weeks ago so we have been without the use of the product since then. The support response has been extremely frustrating. The committed resolution time for critical cash application issues is 3 business days. We are now on business day 12 without answers. The High Radius team refuses to communicate directly with our bank. So I've been copying and pasting emails back and forth between the two parties. My support tickets are also being closed before resolution as apparently there is no internal communication between the individuals working my case and the ticketing team. I was told it was my responsibility to keep the two parties informed. I asked to setup a call, High Radius support provided one time slot on which they'd agree to meet but nothing more. Common courtesy is to schedule a meeting time that works for all parties. I've attempted to escalate the matter several times but to date there has been acknowledgement of the service failures or commitment to do better. As great as the product was working in the past, the support issues have created a very negative experience. I will update this review as things progress.
