Indicative help me to take better decisions with using data about my users

What do you like best about the product?
The funnels that allow me to construct journey dashboard to help me analyse many steps in the user journey and its engagement with platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Optional steps in Funnel are limited to four. And would be fantastic if i could separate a funnel in two differents paths
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm analyzing how my users use my platform and in what steps they drop off or have some problem. The indicative help me to increase the conversion on the steps

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to create funnels and analyse data in indicative which provides actionables. You can very easily understand user pain points and dropoffs and accordingly it helps us structure our product roadmap. Life saver for PMs
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. Everything is great and the UI is seamless. Highly recommended for all data analysts and PMs

Understanding user journeys, funnels, pain points and see where the dropoffs are happening.

Great Service but needs for feature

What do you like best about the product?
Funnel Drops are nice, but it could be better if we have filters and could compare with the same funnel with different parameters on the same page. Simplicity is also appreciated
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike they don't have basic features like retention analysis, and also they don't have clear videos and how to use a component. Their content game is off, so you have to discover how everything works
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm primarily solving Funnell drops through multiple processes and time frames. I gain insight like which step is not working correctly and which is working. Also I like that we can check the whole activity set.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can use this tool if you don't have any options but I would suggest choose tool based on the tutorial they have

What do you like best about the product?
Indicative enables us to use open source logging tooling that avoids vendor lock-in, while providing product analytics that matches the best tools out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we don't have any complaints about Indicative (having migrated from another major product analytics tool).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product team needed a tool that was reliable and scalable as our app went from startup to scaleup data volumes. Existing tooling was not satisfying this need, and we'd also hit significant price cliffs with other tools. We appreciate Indicative's transparent pricing and connectivity to open source logging tools, which limit our lock-in.

What do you like best about the product?
We started to use it at the end of last year, but now, we adopted it in many company areas. The robustness and versatility impressed the data team. It was possible to do even more than we planned.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way we needed to tag the events was a little more confusing or work-demanding than we expected initially. Not a real problem, but a more detailed walkthrough would be helpful

Easier to implement and start understanding data than others

What do you like best about the product?
Instant data. It's easy to implement. As a Marketer without developer assistance, it was easy for me to start implementing Indicative via GTM.

The outcome of easy implementation is to get the data outright. When comparing other SaaS analytics and onboarding tool which involves too many complex steps, Indicative is fast. That's the value as a User we expect. Everyday my daily routine to check the Indicative dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. It's very straightforward to use. May be they could have pre-built templates for people to take inspiration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- User onboarding insights
- Retention rate monitoring

This both data by UTM. The cohorts give us how much we are lacking in the conversion rate of users.

Intuitive, powerful & quick, with a few glitches

What do you like best about the product?
Within less than an hour, I could create robust analyses that led to real business insight. The tools were right where I expected them and worked exactly the way I thought they would. It was blazing fast, too -- though we don't yet feed too much information into the app (primarily detailed telemetry and purchase info from ~3000 weekly active users). We have Amplitude and Tableau set up on the same dataset. Still, I don't even touch them anymore unless I need to check analyses created by others. Indicative is much more intuitive than both and order of magnitude faster than Tableau -- fast enough to allow interactive analysis and slicing & dicing the data. I even find myself going back to the raw data via Databricks less and less.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some problems around the data ingestion side: journey analysis had to be turned on manually, and I encountered a weird problem around funnel analysis -- but those could've been problems on our end, and our data engineering team could fix them soon. One thing I badly miss is the ability to generate 100% stacked bar charts -- it seems like something minor, yet I find myself exporting & moving data to Excel just to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am analyzing telemetry data for our app after releasing it on a new platform to identify trends and pinpoint problems. So far I managed to troubleshoot problems with the onboarding funnel, pinpoint the the root cause of spikes and valleys in subscription rates and identify problem areas in the app where extensive usage tends to lead to crashes.
