fast and to the point
What do you like best about the product?
it was extremely fast to analyze how the users' behavior which would require more time to be analyzed using other services

it takes some time to load the filter values from the list, their should be some suggestions

My experience with mParticle
What do you like best about the product?
I like the support we are getting from the mParticle team when we have any technical mParticle related questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even if the tool is doing well, what it is supposed to do, there are some areas for improvement:
1. Monitoring/debugging capabilities are limited. I feel that more information could be retrieved and presented to the user to simplify his life. E.g. Showing the status of a newly built connection or displaying information on how to test the connection.
2. I miss a simplified setup process or pop-up hints during setup. E.g. When we connect mParticle output to the new destination, it would be nice to get messages explaining what is not done yet - like, A. input needs to be connected to the output. Or B. showing a warning that sending too many data points can have a financial impact on the destination system.

It helps us to set up real-time (or not real-time) data pipes between our systems.
Best REAL TIME customer journey analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that the tracking is accurate and gives me and my team reliably actionable to work on is the best thing about the tool. Also, it shows you data real-time which is another added advantage. The range of integrations is huge which reduces dev dependency, wow!
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great. They should keep working on more capabilities around segmentation, finding more unique parameters too understand user behavior and intent so that analyses are more insightful. So far, great work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding customer journeys and where dropoffs are happening, what are the red areas in the funnel and doing cohort analysis to drive some patterns and seasonality.
Ease of use in data analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful visuals and easy to build queries. Indicative is an excellent tool for those who don't have a degree in data analytics but are genuinely interested in user behaviour and patterns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exploring dashboards in a business account and organising favourites is an area where Indicative could improve. Especially in a large organisation, it is easy to lose the most important projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Indicative can deny or confirm statements like "the majority of our users find it easy to use our product". With the right events library, Indicative can remove all human bias and tell the truth.
Great data viz tool w/ excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process was painless. My team and I felt incredibly supported by the indicative team. We explained our goals and the cohort analyses we wanted to run, and the team helped us utilize loads of cool features to help us understand customer behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features aren't all that intuitive. Customizing dashboards is fun, but the drag + drop function for moving query previews around is a little clunky if you have a lot of queries in a dashboard. Overall, not too much to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Indicative helps us understand customer cohorts and the funnel in a way that aligns our teams. The biggest benefit my team has found is the ability to create dashboards centered around OKRs.
Simple but powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Indicative offers an intuitive way to analyze your data without overloading you with too many options. Especially the User Journey can be discovered in multiple dimensions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Dashboard overview can be improved. Sometimes it's hard to get a quick overview without diving too deep into the single saved questions. It would be great to do this more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Indicative solves the issue to give you an overview of the user's path to your product. The benefits are pretty simple. You can optimize the journey and decrease churn rates.

i wish i could add additional "side funnels" within the same analysis?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we didnt have a way to measure impact previously from our braze campaigns so this is super useful
New to Indicative, but so far so good!
What do you like best about the product?
Our org just started using Indicative. As I'm on the marketing team, I can't speak much to the technical onboarding details, but our rep has been very helpful so far in helping the marketing team build dashboards and talk through scenarios. The tool is pretty easy to use but also quite powerful at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only pet peeve and a very small nitpick at this time is that when you duplicate a query on a dashboard, it sometimes shows up at the bottom and you have to drag it up without scrolling (so literally move it up by one space at a time). A very small thing and probably not something that we'll need to continuously do in the future.

We're able to get a single source of truth. Marketing can now self serve a bunch of metrics and dashboards without requiring data team's help.
Easy to use software for analyzing experiments
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly set up a variety of reports within minutes without the need to know how to write SQL.

I wish the company had more educational material to learn the tool. They have great onboarding with their team, but it's difficult to self-serve at times.
Video demos to show the power of the tool would be welcomed.
The tool should also provide a calculation for statistical significance. We need to go to a separate tool for that.

We are trying to answer simple questions about our users/products and to determine which experiments are winners and which ones are losers.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your team has all their data set up/funneling properly before using Indicative. Indicative is only as good as the data that it uses.
Very easy to use and view data. Simple UI enabled to query data quickly
What do you like best about the product?
Really enjoyed the ease of use of the Dashboard. Was simple to save new Data Queries and select the parameters and/or actions to view data. Integrated into our system very seemlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI can be a little too simplified. Would have liked a SQL/Data querying language to build custom queries by programming it. A Night or Dark mode would be great!

We are trying to gather User Events and establish user behaviour as to why they would choose certain actions within our mobile application. We also create reports based on the Indicative Data that we share with customers.
