What do you like best about the product?
Our customer service is extremely helpful! When I have a question or require additional help on a certain topic they are there to help me!
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for me is still a challenge and the resources available do provide some help. However, I do find myself lost sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have already received a few training sessions from our customer service team and they have been helpful!
Powerful tool, great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to run all our 3rd party SDKs through mParticle to our client rather than integrating all these 3rd party SDKs directly. This is much less chatty and improves the performance of our apps!
What do you dislike about the product?
there is a bit of a ramp up time to define and implement various events to be tracked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to connect the dots between user behavior across platforms and instances to understand true user journeys and how to improve conversion and retention.
mParticle's an incredibly robust and effective system, but does require a lot of developer effort.
What do you like best about the product?
The customer and technical support is excellent. I also like mParticle's customization options. It can be shaped into whatever design you need it to be and support a huge number of use cases. mParticle solves many of the problems that digital marketers have. For teams with the know-how and resources to take advantage of mParticle, I would strongly recommend using it and paying for the additional technical support. We have had the same technical support for a couple of years now, and they are intimately familiar with our account and goals. I trust their recommendations and they have been invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to be so incredibly flexible, it can be daunting to use due to the level of complexity. The good documentation and excellent technical support goes a long way to solving these problems, but this is not a platform I would recommend to a team that was not prepeared to put in the work needed to have a clearly defined data plan and use cases, particularly if they need to set up any custom integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mParticle helps us bring in customer data from many disparate databases and unite them into one customer record, allowing us to build audiences based on this data. Without mParticle to put it all in one place, we would be far less able to effectively market to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Technical support team members are always friendly and quick to help us solve the issues we encountered while building mParticle. I am always grateful for this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it lacks the ability to analyze data compared to firebase analytics. It would be nice to have data analytics added to the mParticle website.

We didn't want to collect events redundantly from mParticle SDK as we are already collecting firebase logs on iOS and AOS.
Data duplication could be avoided because mParticle can ingest data in a server-to-server manner using API calls.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
mParticle may have more features than you might think. I suggest designing after considering the various functions of mParticle.

It's extremely easy to use and the learning curve is really small.

They don't track anonymous ids well which makes experiments for non signed in users difficult.

It helps me as a product manager compare experiments we are running easily and quick so we can make fast decisions
Great and easy tool for Product Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Indicative is cheaper when compared to other analytical tools, I like the fact for the free plan provides 25M events with funnel creation and segmentation which is good for small businesses to step their foot in the analytical world without costing much. Also, the way it displays the data in the dashboard with conversion graph and rate and also with visualization looks good when checking every morning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the product is a bit glitchy but that does not affect day-to-day functionality. Also, the important thing for us is we cannot add multiple event breakdowns(grouping) in the funnel that's a bit of a bummer. But so far it is working well for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating AB Tests funnel conversion to determine whether our design experiment variants win or lose.
Powerful and Useful
What do you like best about the product?
Indicative is very simple to use by folks who don't know how to use SQL language. The data visualizations are amazing as Indicative supports anything from funnels, journeys, cohorts, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't been able to find too many limitations of the platforms. I can update the review as I spent more time using the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting quick visibility into marketing and product areas. We use Indicative mainly for evaluating A/B experiments of different user experiences.
Great product analytics tool, with great support
What do you like best about the product?
Indicative is very easy to use and, in my opinion, beats several other popular product analytics tools in this area. The ability to join events and quickly create user segments based on any query you can think of makes it even easier to get data for our product team independent of data analysts and developers. The support we've received from our account manager and product specialists from them has also been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a little restrictive. We're already one tier below the Enterprise edition and are limited to 50 saved analyses and a maximum of 25 widgets per dashboard. I get that everyone needs to structure their pricing around something, but the fact we have to get on a call with a salesperson to even find out what the next tier costs is a bit of a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We pass events covering all the key actions in our product, as well as those associated with AB and multivariate tests we run. We use the dashboards to present results directly to the rest of our company and gain valuable insights practically every week.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You still need developers to add events from your codebase. It's not going to allow non-technical people to do that, as some other products do.
