Indicative is very useful tool for analysis
What do you like best about the product?
I must say that using a company customer analytics platform such as indicative is very helpful in analyzing the data of the user journey. It also helps us monitor customer traffic via funnel or segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think for me the current indicative prod is a bit hard to use especially on terms of using the Date and time because when you change the date and time it's not that it will automatically save or change. As well as the font color for the calendar date picker I don't it's matched with the background color of the calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the used of indicative, it helps us so much to analyze easier the data of our client and also to figure out the journey of the user if there's any drop-off, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think with the new released of indicative its seems like its a bit hard to interact with it and I think that you need to bring back the feature of automatically reload the queries when there are changes made such as a change in date or time

A good tool for non-technical users which do not know yet what questions to ask to the analytics team. Still at the exploration phase.
It's a good tool for maintining your data and making presentable dashboards in a hurry .
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn and anyone can learn it in short time. THe different features of indicative help in filtering and arranging the lump sum amounts of data in presentable dashboards. Furthermore, Reports can be shared and saved for future use in the same organisation.The dashboards are easy and quick to understand and it is also fast which comes in handy for last minute presentations .Overall,it has proved to be a decent tool for your analytics needs but could improve in some areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
The raw data which tthe indicative provides can be a little difficult to deal with in other tools such as excel , sheets etc. If the data can be kept in a more structured form it can be shared across platforms .Also, some queries cannot be performed due to certain limitations if those can be removed it would make the tool a more comprehensive way of tracking data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Indicative is pretty useful for gathering customer insights and a large amount of data can be seen in a few seconds . There is no barries of timeline as indicative stores large amount of data . It mightnot be the best but surely easy to lear for people even without any SQL skills which other tools might require .

Indicative will be an effective tool once one goes throught the tutorial provided by the team . The different features such as funnel and segment really help in filtering the data.

It's not the cheapest product, it's reasonable value but could be cheaper!

Deep and insightful platform for data nerds
What do you like best about the product?
Set of tools Indicative provides. It makes possible deep analysis.

User interface is not very intuitive and can be overwhelming, especially at the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Indicative to analyze marketing funnels, email performance and product usage.
Good for basic analysis, but not too customizable or intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Indicative has four analysis tools that have a nice drag-and-drop functionality, a quick load time, and good filters with a dropdown menu. The filters and group by's are useful and intuitive to use. The properties explorer is neat and very detailed. Having all the user properties and events on tabs is useful to be able to see what we have. Seeing the annotations is helpful as well. Overall, I like that Indicative has everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their dashboards aren't easy to make and each panel is not very customizable, so that means the dashboard doesn't quite fit the job. The events that are listed on the right side are not able to be organized. We have a lot of events, but they are just listed in alphabetical order, containing customer events and in-app user events. The graphic can use more customizability as well, so that we can see exactly what we want. I would also like to be able to do certain calculations for custom views. For example, Indicative allows us to see the total count of event and the total number of users, but would not we able to give direct insight into the total count per user. They only have a limited amount of types of visualizations. The ability to have labels for values appear without hovering over the data point would also be appreciated.
Although Indicative has things sorted in buckets and all things in those places, it lacks infrastructure to organize large amounts of types of data and events.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmenting users based on specific traits and seeing the funnel of customers/users. We don't use it all too often, because we want to be able to have the ability to make more custom views and drill into the data more efficiently.The benefits are that Indicative does give quick answers, but often they can only answer simple questions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would contact them to see if they are the right fit for you, but for our company, it doesn't seem like the best fit.
