One of the best marketing automation tool with powerful customization
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very innovative tool with very friendly user interface. It helps to customize our emails and campaigns in a very interactive manner. Can perform our A/B test easily. Generate a very illustrative report, helps to manage our campaigns in right direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, but in workflow it should keep track who updated it last, so to keep an easy way to co-relate the work.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable's data integration capabilities make it easy to get started with automated engagement. Supporting a flexible data schema and being able to represent your user intelligence in user profiles and events allows me to model real world situations with ease. The data feeds feature is a game-changer if you have an engaged engineering partner (which you should have!).
What do you dislike about the product?
The email editor could be more sophisticated. It can be difficult to format emails exactly how I want them without just copying and pasting the HTML/CSS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are sending personalized job recommendations to candidates and people who have worked with Randstad before. Iterable allows us to reach millions of candidates with personalized jobs quite easily.

Iterable is very engineer-friendly so make sure you're engineering team is involved in the decision to buy.
Best User Friendly Email Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful Dedicated Chat Support is an invaluable service that helped me time and time agai. Platform provides scalability with a positive platform experience for even first time users. There are very little limiting tools - allowing a marketer to tap into many channel functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feature requests don’t get prioritized sometimes.

What do you like best about the product?
Beyond a valuable platform, Iterable is our MVP, our most valued partner. From day 1, Iterable has been embedded with our team to help drive everything from ideation to execution. Now a few years down the line, their partnership has not diminished but has only strengthened as our rep routinely gathers our feedback and we see meaningful product development that solves for our ever-decreasing list of painpoints.

Would like to see more visual representations of the user journey.

Driving job applications and job seeker (consumer) and employer (customer) retention.

Take your time to map out all of your use cases and ensure your data architecture is set up properly to support them yet flexible enough to grow with you.
Easy to Work with, and amazing follow-through
What do you like best about the product?
We have a very challenging business model and we require so much customization. From the day we started to talk to Iterable in sales they produced a whole mock up to work with our business, and then did a brain-transfer to the Implementation team when we joined. If we ask something and they don't have it they work to make it happen. Truly an amazing team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a pro and con but there are quite a few ways to get to the same answer so its hard to direct what the best solution is at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whitelabling in a way that would allow us to send different messaging to different groups of people but not overlap messaging. Benefits is that the sky is the limit and if something doesn't exist right now, it doesn't mean there is another way to do it, or that feature is never going to happen. (like with some other platforms)

1. Iterable is so flexible there are always multiple ways to solve any new ideas.
2. Integration with multiple tools including our own self-developed tools, means that we are able to track the lifecycle of our users, including any action the user takes.
3. Based on this we are able to segment and personalize to each users specific experience.
4. We can fully integrate these actions into automated workflows to make everything easy for our team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and analytics is the one area where I think the tool could improve the most. But new features and improvements are being made continuously so I'm sure this won't take long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our agency was created 2 years prior to implementing Iterable. We were looking for a marketing tool that would allow us to design more sophisticated user experiences based on their behaviors. We were particularly interested in segmentation and automation and Iterable has delivered.
And new ideas we come up with are easy to implement thanks to how flexible Iterable is.

Excellent marketing automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is an incredible platform for marketing automation. Evergreen funnels are becoming a huge part of my company and iterable makes it very easy to make this possible.
Beyond that, i think iterable has fantastic support and resources necessary to accomplish the marketing goals we are aiming to hit.

The reporting on campaigns and workflows can be improved on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The building of evergreen funnels has really helped us hone our efforts for both lead conversion and customer retention.

I wish there was an image library/easier way to host images.

We are targeting repeat purchase growth with Iterable by building a trove of triggered campaigns.

Use the team, they are very helpful and will make sure you get up and running smoothly. Anytime you get stuck...ask, they know and are willing to help.
Customizable and Flexible
What do you like best about the product?
it allowed us complete customization for our data, which allows Marketing to fully access customer info without assistance.

you can't build your own drag and drop templates

being very customizable with out constantly exporting and importing

What do you like best about the product?
Getting started with Iterable has been a great experience. Setting up responsive email flows is super easy, and adjusting them based on results is no problem at all. We've been able to create campaigns that exactly suit our business and are excited to finish all of our integrations so that we can use all of the tools that Iterable makes available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because we're in the gaming industry and we're so heavily regulated, we are seeing challenges with Twilio integration for SMS campaigns. That's not Iterable's fault, though. It's just the nature of the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, our company has run email campaigns very manually. Using Iterable's multi-channel automation means that we can accomplish more with a smaller team, and our smaller team is able to analyze results and make decisions quickly. We can adjust with the market and get ahead of our competitors right out of the gate.
