What do you like best about the product?
Segmentation and journeys have really helped us hyper customize our user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some issues integrating SFDC opportunity data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting users via email that have fallen off or stopped using the product as much. This has helped bring back lost users and get them using our product again.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to build workflows, clone same paths and being able to create this customer journey so quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Heatmap or understanding click data for localized emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is helping us create beuatiful customer journey and help send scaled communication to customers outside the product.

What do you like best about the product?
Support is top notch. They are always willing to step in and help out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a bit complicated if you set up for POC projects that turn into long term projects

We are trying to solve for a global subscription and preference center. We are in discovery now.

iterable is extremely intuitive and easy to manage. I work with drag and drop a lot and it always ensures success.

maybe an intelligence that could pick up in grammar mistakes or spelling errors

Sometimes finding things can get messy the menu bar could be a bit better

What do you like best about the product?
Responsive customer success and support team. Helpful community and forums. Constantly evolving product with new features available via beta prior to the release.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can be buggy initially, but it is easy to provide feedback. Some features are still unavailable, like the inability to segment as needed and some exit criteria recording and reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization at scale. We still have issues with our data ingestion as our data model is complicated and we need to adjust it to match Iterable's nested data structure.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is an easy platform to use and significantly easier then Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In addition, they are continuously improving by adding new features and functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag and drop email creator could be better, to maximize the product you really need to know HTML.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is helping us create an efficient, scalable way to communicate with our customers. The product helps the team be more productive by automating processes and reducing errors.

Extensive Capabilities Built For Marketers

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has been a great resource in building and executing specialized marketing campaigns. Its capabilities and suite of tools are extensive but easy enough for a marketer to use. I love being able to build journeys, campaigns, and segmentations - all while working within the same platform. The chat function is an amazing feature that allows for instant help solving problems or areas of confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some platform nuances aren't the most intuitive, even after taking the learning courses. I don't have a coding background, so it is a lot of trial and error to better understand how to get things to work correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable enables us to be incredibly targeted and personalized in creating specific marketing communications and campaigns. With the various API integrations, we can leverage our user's actions to personalize their communications, not only from a marketing sense but also transactionally.
