Iterable for nurture journeys
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using iterable allows us to quickly set up complex journeys with a nice UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd love to see more seamless experiment functionalities for us to test in complex journeys.

Multichannel winner
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has a strong focus on multichannel approaches to campaigns. They are far from email only.
What do you dislike about the product?
Iterable is not the most user friendly or data flexible. Having developers on your team is highly recommended and if you need to refresh or restructure your data, do that before starting with Iterable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to pull in huge amounts of data for more customization.

I like how I can navigate the platform with ease for all my communication needs.

The new template format is taking time to get used to.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything, from sending real time marketing to multiple channels, to its easy to use interface to its ability to code dynamically!
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing interface without warning this past week. Other than that not much! Maybe a bit expensive for the catalogue as well.

Iterable is amazing when it comes to cross chanel marketing. it's helping with segmentation and understanding data.
Powerful, Smart and awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is the best I have used so far. Everything is inuitive and very easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a lot to learn and in the knowledge base things are hard to find. I am new to handlebars and logic and it would be helpful if there was more content to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the new features are amazing and the product just keeps getting better and better.

What do you like best about the product?
The constant commitment to their customers and their needs. I love how user friendly and intuitive the platform is.
What do you dislike about the product?
The roll out of products updates without all the bugs ironed out. Sometimes it feels like feedback is overlooked.

Automation is the big benefit. The ability to art and forget while still being able to optimize around each corner.

I love that it has so many capabilities that it allows me to do almost everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit overwhelming because it does almost too much. It is a blessing and a curse.

It allows me to communicate with my customers at the right time from the right channel.

Not having the ability to integrate directly with SFDC and not able to add attachments within an email.
