Great knowledgable ESP
What do you like best about the product?
The support team and our rep are extremely responsive and helpful without making you feel moronic. The updates to the platform have made creating comms extremely fast and easy to preview, proof, and get quick feedback on. Our onboarding was by far the best onboarding I've experienced in my career. Our onboarding specialist was incredibly helpful and accessible via email and a private Slack Channel which helped me and our Engineers communicate quickly and get us up and running. I do love the data capabilities with Iterable and how customized the user data can be (pretty much anything you can dream in order to dynamically create comms). Reporting has a great UX and is easily shareable via downloading.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Salesforce integration or built-in comms preference center (even a basic version) is a bit of a bummer. Yes, there are integrations, but they are fairly annoying extra steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to send specific comms to specific users (B2B and B2C and D2C) and the ability to create lists and segments based on specific data criteria we import and Iterable provides is extremely helpful in error-proofing our automations/Journeys. The fact that we push in our data via the API is important while being able to customize the user data helps us keep comms accurate. We've also integrated a direct mail partner and that set on Iterable's end was very simple. On top of each user type needing specific comms, some of our comms are also whitelabeled and the Snippets come in as a savior to make sure appropriate logos, URLs, etc are as they should in each email but editable in one spot.
Great platform for email and Push Notifications and the Onboarding Support is great!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform. Creating Journeys (Workflows) is easy for both push notifications and email. The onboarding support was excellent and helped us ensure we reached all the technical implementation and began to execute.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Template tool is good but could be better. Making fine-tuning adjustments was a bit cumbersome to ensure everything was rendering properly.
After onboarding, customer support is generally via email unless you pay for a higher tier. This is not sufficient in some circumstances and was frustrating.

Marketing Automation for email and push notifications
Easy to use CRM platform for all levels of marketing.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly the platform is, not only for new but for experienced marketers as well. The platform allows HTML coding, as well as an easy drag and drop option.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how often there are outages I understand that its natural and happens, but it could be better. I also dislike that there were updates made to some of the platforms and we as customers of Iterable we're not warned about it first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is a great and easy-to-use CRM platform that allows marketers such as myself the ability to develop and cultivate relationships with our customers. A great and useful tool.
Best tool for CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
The support center! They answer very fast, and they're accommodating. They always give you an answer, which significantly helps with your daily tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a lot to charge the screen on my computer, and it makes your day slow. Not always happening, but it might be another way to optimize their charging screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Developing a relationship with our customers in all the steps of their lifecycle with us. It allows us to create personalized messages, so they feel they don't only offer them a service, but they feel listened to.
I have loved working with Iterable! Their customer service is fast, attentive, and amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has amazing training videos, modules, and live training courses you can take to stay updated on features and updates. So thankful for their resoures!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to see more in-depth features become available for Push Messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
STO and the entire Predictive Goals initiative are fantastic.
User-Friendly ESP
What do you like best about the product?
I love the email design editor. The drag and drop template is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not integrated with any of our social media or digital ads
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have pretty good lists built and are able to execute our email campaigns quickly and smoothly. Because it's easy to use I'm able to put an email together pretty quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of flexibility and customization, way better than previous solution

can't use dynamic lists to trigger journeys
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to segment our customer base more deeply than our previous solution
Iterable simplified our tech stack while allowing us to do more personalization and segmentation.
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to do most of what I want with Iterable without needing to involve someone technical like an Engineer. And when there is a need for an Engineer they've generally been able to make updates without requiring much training/specialized learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are HTML errors in a template keeping it from sending, it can be hard to figure out what is causing the error. The error messages aren't specific as to the cause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is serving as our single solution for our lifecycle marketing program and making it so that I don't have to connect and keep multiple systems in sync.
Best in class platform with excellent customer care
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable's segmentation tool is unmatched. The capabilities it provides to better understand user behavior are remarkable. Customer care is top-notch and always step in quickly when issues arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new update to UX drastically slows down an operator's ability to ship and edit campaigns. They introduced far too much friction to do the same thing as before. It seems the friction was intended to safeguard some parts of the software, but to more experienced operators, that slowdown has complicated workflows and efficiency greatly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable serves as a clean and simple platform that nearly anyone can use. In a large business with ever-changing prios, the ability to onboard people and get them sending in a matter of weeks is critical.

Can't go back to previous folders. Only back to top level of folders
Can't clone content modules
No custom drag/drop email templates
Reporting suite could be a lot better but most modern businesses use Tableau or Looker, meaning this isn't crucial.

Helping us increase the retention of both our Sellers and Buyers. This retention means we don't need to spend so much on acquisition partners like Google.
