Powerful Data Segmentation, But Takes Time to Master
What do you like best about the product?
I migrated our company to iterable primarily to leverage the sophisticated data infrastructure that allowed us to deep nested data for segmentation and journey logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the platform isn’t very user friendly and the segmentation prompting requires some nuanced thinking to get used to. This is largely addressed via the ai prompting innovation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable allows us to leverage out entire suite of use data to power our full funnel user journeys.

User interface, lots of ways to do different ways to accomplish what I need, good technical customer service,

Too many products, we had a good account manager and slack support then got a new one for both that are totally different and don’t meet our needs

Powerful Personalization, But Interface Could Be Simpler

Very advanced platform with lots of options for highly personalized dynamic emails

Sometimes interface is more complicated and not as immediately user friendly as others

Allowing us to make highly dynamic templates for both campaign and journey comms
Effortless to Use with an Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface. I like how easy it it to copy over rows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the dragging feature slows me down but it’s also the easiest way to do stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s really easy to build last minute segmented audiences which is really helpful for last minute batch and blasts.
Feature-Rich Automation, But Needs Better Training Resources
What do you like best about the product?
I like how many features in automation and journeys it has as well as the dynamic segmented lists
What do you dislike about the product?
Iterable can be a little difficult to use. It would be helpful to have more documentation and training on optimizing the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable allows us to provide customers with a crm platform for them to send out push and sms through our apps
Straightforward and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
The features are straightforward to learn and utilize, but this is not at the expense of flexibility or quality. The segmentation using both user profile fields and event data is especially helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see improvements to Smart Ingest functionality, particularly the speed of the service. The length of time it takes to sync data with Iterable has been somewhat limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is allowing for dynamic content in emails and thus personalization of marketing that goes out to our customers, which was previously not possible. We are testing this now with hopes it will benefit the team's productivity and drive revenue for the company as a whole.
Marketing made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is the most user-friendly communications channel software I've used in my career. Easy to learn. Easy to implement. Wide variety of features to utilize accross numerous channels. Stays on top of industry standards such as AI, STO, communicaitons preferences and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data can be duplicated on the back end. Some content renders poorly on email clients. Would like to understand more about learning opportunities and best practices such as ratio of image-to-text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is helping our company from everything from transactional, triggered and automated messages to personalized marketing campaigns. We use Iterable as the key connection between physical locations and products to inform, educate and entertain our customers to strengthen relationships and build trust with our brand.

Not much negatives to say. I haven’t don’t too much to say negatives on it

Crm solutions and data and using AI to streamline processes
It works. It sends emails at scale.

It’s especially good for scheduling when you have contacts all over the world. It’s predictive sending feature is great.

It wasn’t the most plug and play out of the box to integrate data across the org.
