Iterable is good
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is incredibly helpful and honest.

It is somewhat complicated to do in terms of api and data.

Segmentation of users and implementation of users into journeys. Iterable provides an easy platform for us to design and work with our teammates and partners in providing users the best CRM experience.

Iterable has an intuitive, user-friendly UI, and super helpful success managers that ensure you're using the platform to its fullest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor functionality that is market standard is still in devopment. But they do listen to customer feedback and actually take action on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is helping with multichannel lifecycle orchestration, ensuring we're sending the right message to the right person at the rofht time on the right channel. It also empowers our marketing team to be more self-sufficient.
