Overwelm your customers with analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility that I can create new dashboards/graphs on the fly and so quickly anticipate on demands from customers

performance is still an issue with us, this can be considered as work in progress. the Cumul team is supporting us with this.

flexibility and time to market to provide analytics in our app

What do you like best about the product?
There is a wide variety of graphs and other visualisation tools that were used for our dashboard in transport, together with the Phirater tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The set-up possibilities can feel a bit rigid, it would be a plus to have a more flexible way of composing the dashboard, in an owner-based way, so you can have the information you want to see at that specific moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a far better overview on the transport costs by lanes and carriers so we can adjust possible issues and compose a more relevant budget.

Great user interface with modern features such as drag and drop ability, improving our workflow.

Not a lot of guidance on how to use the platform, making it hard for the users to get used to.

We were looking for a dynamic dashboard tool to help visualize the production data that arrives in Cospecto from a multitude of stakeholders. Apart from the great Cumul.io technology, we were positively surprised by the high level of top-professional assistance.

Cumul.io helps us to make sense of the enormous data pool our customers generate in Cospecto. Creating dashboards is super easy and this helps us to offer our clients custom dashboards.

It is a more expensive solution - but is worth it. Some small things we would like - and team very open to engage on those

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major really. It would be nice if there was a way to add custom charts using common technologies (e.g. a python/matplotlib graph)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We offer data to our customers, but often the data itself is not enough -- and we create custom dashboards for these customers. This makes it a lot easier to fulfill the customer's requirements
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cumul.io is a modern cloud based application. It runs on powerful APIs, which makes integration a lot easier. The most wanted feature for us was the ability to refresh the dashboard through an API call any time new data became available

What do you like best about the product?
If you want to visualize certain data on a dashboard, you can do that quickly with Cumul.io, and it's easy. If you have ideas for improving the product, they are reviewed and if deemed good, they are passed on to the development team. Once the adjustment is made, it is communicated to all users via a newsletter. If you ask a question to the support team, you will be helped quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization is not very flexible. The maximum text size is suitable for screens on desks, but not for information screens that hang on the wall and need to be readable from a distance of about 5 meters. I have passed this on and am hopeful that Cumul.io will come up with a solution for this soon.

Cumul.io has a lot of visualisations for data and has this all in an interactive way. E.g. making a selection in a piechart, updates all the other visualizations. This allows business users to navigate through data easily.

* without having to create data visualization components in our own solution, we have added a powerful tool for business users to get insights into our own solution
Cumul.io: the effortless way for making sense of data
What do you like best about the product?
The straightforward integration and user-friendly dashboards creation from Cumul.io allow us to make better sense of our data and implement proactive actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be very useful for our case if the user can apply the statistical filters directly via the integrated dashboards.

We use mainly Cumul.io to monitor and control our plants, which is very crucial for our Operation & Maintenance phases.
