Data visualization and workflow efficiency improve with automated features

  • August 04, 2025
  • Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

I use Claude, particularly its artifact features, for data visualization. On a weekly basis, we create newsletters for our clients that require beautiful and good-looking presentations, particularly in HTML versions where we need to create heat maps or word clouds. Such tasks are accomplished by Claude's artifact feature, which works very effectively. It requires coding, but the AI agent inside Claude does everything automatically, generating HTML output for me to share with stakeholders.

It produces this automatically after making prompts, doing a good job and increasing my productivity.

With the help of Claude's artifact features, my workflow is easier compared to earlier manual formats where we had to focus on creating icons and infographics in PPT format, then converting that into an HTML version. Now, you just have to prompt it with what you want exactly, and it will produce icons and infographical formats, giving you a beautiful artifact kind of live, visually appealing, website-friendly HTML version of newsletters.

How has it helped my organization?

Claude has positively impacted my organization, as evident from the metrics which show productivity doubling and turnaround time being cut in half. Things were much less efficient before compared to now.

What is most valuable?

I have been using Claude for the last year, and it is a really good platform.

Claude offers some of the best features, particularly in email writing, where it stands out for me compared to other tools or methods, which I find valuable.

What needs improvement?

I face issues with Claude halting or hallucinating occasionally, as it happens with some projects but not all.

For how long have I used the solution?

I am working in the research and consulting field for more than 10 years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Claude is stable for me, as I have not experienced any downtime or crashes.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Its scalability handles increasing workloads and more users easily.

How are customer service and support?

Customer support has been helpful when I reached out.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Positive

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Before choosing Claude, I evaluated other options. One of them was XYZ tool, but I switched due to better efficiency and features in Claude.

What was our ROI?

I have seen a return on investment with Claude, as I can share relevant metrics including money saved, time saved, and fewer employees needed. I have specific numbers to illustrate this.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing was straightforward without running into major challenges.

What other advice do I have?

I do not have a business relationship with this vendor other than being a customer, and I was not offered a gift card or incentive for this review.

We use other tech products such as Microsoft Excel and Slack. We can use my real name when publishing my review, along with my real company name.

On a scale of 1-10, I rate Claude an 8.

An LLM with great potential

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about it is how easy it is to connect to MCP and how highly scalable it is compared to ChatGPT and Gemini.
I prefer tools that can provide a variety of value with just one idea, rather than tools that have a set usage method to a certain extent.
In that sense, Claude is a highly capable and reliable partner that I can expect to grow in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API usage fee is more expensive than ChatGPT or Gemini, but if you just want to ask questions, you can just use the desktop version, so it's not a big deal.
However, it's not the best option if you want to incorporate it into an app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
He covers up for my poor programming skills and calmly gives me opinions and suggestions for improvement based on my insights.

Top-Notch Data Visualization, Needs Improved Usage Insight

  • June 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Claude's exceptional data visualization capabilities, providing the best visualization experience among AI tools I've used. I also value the insightful suggestions it offers during conversations, aiding in formulating core questions and simplifying analysis. The "research or spaces" functionality is particularly useful for data uploads. Additionally, Claude's model delivers outstanding response quality, making my interactions even more efficient and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additionally, I would like more guidance on how much compute power or credits I'm using while utilizing the service. These aspects, if improved, could enhance my experience significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Claude to interpret and visualize large datasets, which removes the need for manual interpretation. This allows my team to work quicker, providing customized analysis and reporting. Its data visualization is superior, and it guides deeper into analysis with structured, simple insights.

Claude... My Hero

What do you like best about the product?
Okay, full disclosure - our software runs on Microsoft cloud so I should probably be using Copilot, but I can't deny that Claude is my actual go-to. I work in Marketing at a field service software company, and Claude has become my daily resource for brainstorming, writing copy, research, technical questions, and so much more.

The biggest thing is the writing quality. We actually test prompts across different LLMs on my team, and Claude consistently comes up with more creative, less generic ideas than ChatGPT. It feels like bouncing ideas off a friend rather than talking to a robot.

I use it when I'm stuck and need to "find the words." I can just dump my stream-of-consciousness thoughts into the chat and get back something structured that I can actually edit. It saves me tons of time because I'm not staring at a blank page anymore.

What I really appreciate is that Claude will admit when it doesn't know something instead of just making stuff up like other AI tools do. I appreciate the honesty!
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to have issues with prompt limits and lack of ability to research, but that's been solved with upgrading my subscription and the new update to Claude 4, respectively. It currently has a knowledge cutoff of Oct 2024, but this doesn't typically get in the way of my business uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, it doubles our team capacity. Our marketing team is just two people, so having AI help means we can explore more creative directions than we could otherwise. It's not replacing my creativity - I still want to be responsible for the final output - but it gives me more possible avenues to explore.

Main benefits:
- Faster first drafts that I can edit instead of starting from scratch (like this review)
- Process checking and suggestions for improvement
- Brainstorming that opens doors I wouldn't have thought of
- Quality control on complex coordination

Claude is my best friend (just kidding)

  • June 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Claude does a great job with tables and charts — it actually makes sense of the data and pulls out the key points without much effort on my end. It’s also really helpful for digging into financials, planning ahead, and breaking big goals into smaller, manageable steps. The way it organizes info makes everything feel a lot more clear and less overwhelming.

I also use it for research and getting the bigger picture, especially when looking into new markets or unfamiliar topics.

I’ve made it part of my regular workflow, and honestly, it’s been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of the texts could be better because they often come out a bit rough or too promotional and emotional. ChatGPT handles this much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time and helps improve the quality of my work, conclusions, and decision-making.

Claude 4, best Coding model

  • June 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Extended-thinking mode that lets the model invoke web search and other tools mid-conversation, ideal for multi-step data analysis and research workflows.
Best-in-class coding performance (72 %+ on SWE-bench) with sustained focus over hours, allowing me to refactor large monorepos without context fragmentation.
Parallel tool execution and a new code-execution sandbox exposed through the API, which shorten feedback loops when automating CI/CD or unit-test generation.
Memory API that persists domain facts between sessions, so the agent gradually builds tacit product knowledge and stops repeating discovery questions.
Strict enterprise-grade security: ASL-3 safety layer, audit logs, and regional data residency options that satisfied both our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits.
Hybrid response modes (near-instant vs. deep-reasoning) let me trade latency for depth programmatically, keeping user-facing chat snappy while background agents think harder.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's definitely one of the best models out there, but the cost is on the higher side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've seen a solid boost in our code production and validation since bringing Claude on board. Its performance is impressive, and it doesn't go off the rails with wild suggestions, which means we spend less time "correcting" and more time shipping.

Claude Makes creative writing a breeze!

  • May 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Claude is designed to not only reserarch, but provide a creative point of view when prompted correctly. It follows an outline and improves plot narratives!
What do you dislike about the product?
After a certain number of messages, Claude goes on a 'time-out' for a few hours, making it unusable during that time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Claude makes my editing process much easier and also saves me time, so I get more done.

My content marketing sidekick

  • May 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Claude's Sonnet 4.0 LLM is unrivaled when it comes to generating quality copy. I've tried them all, and I always come back to Claude.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Claude.ai did a better job making "Projects" usable from outside of said project... similar to what chatGPT is doing with GPTs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to do research and writing tasks at scale. Including keyword research, competitor research, gap research. And Claude is fantastic at content ideation and generation. The only place where Claude really falls short is image generation.

How has it helped my organization?

I never adopted Claude. So there was no improvement.

What is most valuable?

Claude saves me significant time when conducting research or writing quick Python scripts. Claude improves the quality of the code because I am not a very good software developer.

What needs improvement?

The foundational model would have to be improved to be comparable to ChatGPT for everyday use cases.

The system should be better at understanding when to reply directly with the foundational model and when to perform a web search.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have used Claude for about one and a half years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Claude is stable in my experience.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It scales very well.

How are customer service and support?

I never used customer support.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Negative

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I used ChatGPT previously and went back to ChatGPT.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

For an individual user, it is very easy and straightforward. I cannot speak to larger teams.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I evaluated Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, and Mistral.

What other advice do I have?

If you do something other than software development work, I would really just use ChatGPT instead. I rate the overall solution a six out of ten.

Great product for creating mockups

  • April 02, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create Mockups using natural language
I can share existing designs and it builds mocks on top of that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes way too much to understand and implement the feedbacks
Navigating to older mocks in a long chat is cumbersome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create ideas and plans for upcoming sprints
Organising ideas and prioritising
