Effortless Customization Makes Using Claude a Breeze

  • November 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Customization of the resources you devote to a prompt is highly appreciated and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Resources are finite on the free account. Some of the code is not revised in full, from time to time it tends to only change the explicitly outlined desired changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Code generation for bioinformatic analysis

Powerful Integrations and Usability, But Needs Better Support and Stability

  • October 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Claude is strong in conversational style. It is good at things like detailed explanations, deeper questions, research etc. It supports impressive workflows and integrations (like Salesforce, etc.) which makes it suitable for business & organisations. It has good flexibility for integration. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is not good as difficulty in getting human support, delays, account access issues etc. Access is limited (region, plan) and the ecosystem is less mature compared to big competitors.Inconsistent service/performance, quality drops and sometimes changing service conditions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of needing a reliable AI partner that can understand context, maintain a decent tone & help with more advanced or business grade work rather than just simple chat. It helps to power chatbots, help desk automation, content summarisation, etc.

A tool for deep discussions

  • October 27, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
When I started to compare AI instruments, the line of five clients appeared on my panel of bookmarks. I decided to add Claude to them because I liked its responses to my philosophical needs.
I am a writer, and the topic of my novel is a subject to be cleared. Claude organized a discussion with counterarguments to develop the subject. An ability to practice my English is an additional bonus to our interaction. I recommend Claude for those who require responses not only for daily and trivial questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of my AI tools have a special subscription, or I have a free version, which meets my requirements. The subscription for $20 is an expensive thing for me now, especially if there are additional tools with more loyal conditions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meanwhile, I use this one to solve some philosophical issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I often get better responses with Claude than with other similar tools
What do you dislike about the product?
As a free regular user, it runs dry way faster than other tools which is a big downside
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Claude mostly as a project planning and processes assistant

Good AI, but not enough...

  • October 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Claude is a useful AI tool for generating creative text that sounds natural and human-like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Claude doesn't have any major weaknesses, but I stopped using it because it doesn't excel in any particular area. Its precision isn't quite there, its research capabilities fall a bit short, and its memory isn't the strongest. Overall, it lacks the qualities that would make it my top choice for an AI tool.

Additionally, I found that the free version was more restricted compared to what other competitors offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Claude has assisted me in correcting and improving my writing. I have also used it for creative brainstorming.

Claude has made complex strategic work more efficient, saving hours on tedious work

  • September 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Claude's ability to maintain context and understand nuanced business requirements is strong. Claude helps me structure complex deliverables and simulations, analyze huge volumes of text or data, and craft precise client communications without losing strategic intent. The tool particularly excels at helping me catch critical details I might miss when exhausted - like when we debugged that Google Apps Script issue where the simple capitalization error in "Index.html" was causing deployment failures. Claude's direct approach matches exactly what I need - clear thinking without fluff or unnecessary validation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Claude gets locked into patterns from earlier in our conversation (i.e. template lock-in) and needs explicit resetting to properly address new requirements - I've had to develop specific prompts to force fresh perspective when this happens and that still only helps some of the time. The tool occasionally oversimplifies complex strategic recommendations or adds unwanted polish when I need precise, unvarnished language for client work. Compression bias is also a huge problem (though as context windows grow, this is getting a bit better). I'll often need it to review everything we've discussed in a thread because it's lost the bigger picture, and it will tell me it has reviewed it and seems to truly think it has -- but in actuality, it's only reviewed the summary it created which didn't capture the important nuance I needed it to understand, and it doesn't realize it's just reviewing the summary. I also feel like it's not particularly consistent. A prompt that works wonders one day can bring terrible results the next day even when the prompt is exactly the same. And it needs a lot of critical thinking to manage it or big misses slip in. That said, all of these same issues exist for all LLMs that I've used. They are not unique to Claude. So I also often use ChatGPT, Gemini, and other tools giving them the same prompts, and who provides the best result just depends on the day (and type of request).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and energy

Incredibly powerful for coding and for reliable answers, but has too many limitations

  • September 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Claude is exceptional at serving as your AI companion for web programming. I have used Claude to create full web apps for clients and for colleagues, and have even had it develop an educational typing game for my daughter within a matter of minutes. Where Claude excels over its competition is its ability to think about a prompt and also take into account some basic design principles and user experience practices, without needing these to be explicitly explained like you would have to in ChatGPT.

I also appreciate the ethical framework that Anthropic has carefully put into Claude, which makes Claude more reliable sometimes when it comes to seeking out recommendations and advice on decisions you would want a second opinion on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Claude's built-in limitations for its $20/month paid version are too numerous to count. If you want to troubleshoot web programming, Claude has a character limit on chat conversations, so you will find yourself quickly needing to start multiple chats. Up until recently, Claude also had no ability to reference other chats/conversations you had with it, even within the same account. This meant each time you hit the character limit on a chat, you would need to resummarize in a new chat session with Claude what you're talking about. This was inherently frustrating for coding iterations and troubleshooting.

With the ability now to reference other chats put into place, this helps, but the character limit is still far too defined. I often find myself hitting chat limits all the time when I need coding assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Claude helps me streamlining my coding projects by coding the initial version 1 of website apps. I also use Claude to troubleshoot errors in web programming.

Not Enarmored; It's not as great as coding as advertised and LIMITS - Really?

  • August 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Not a lot. This has been a very disappointing experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Usage limits despite paying, coding not that great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It hasn;t solved my issue of trying to get an availability checker to populate to different areas of my page depending upon what device you are using. It has been 9 hours and I am out of usage. Why should there be a limit of you pay?
