The Features on firewall and customer support is great
What do you like best about the product?
I work for AWS support now and have previously worked on Palo Alto. The product is amazing and easy to implement. It has many amazing features and customer support is top-notch. It is well integrated for different use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would be happy to see more free trainings available online for the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on mostly the firewalling and vpn feature of Firewall and it makes it easy for a company to establish its global connectivity
