One of the fundamentally strong Intelligent Automation Platform.
What do you like best about the product?
The product backbone is its database schema, which systematically empowers any RPA CoE or Program to create its object library throughout its RPA journey from start to maturity. Which fundamentally works on the basic principle of reusability and object orientation. To reap the ultimate benefit of the product, for a more extensive program, it has to be implemented enterprise-grade. The 3-tier architecture design of its platform is quite robust and handles almost every load. Honestly, the product doesn't need much oversight or support if, while implementing, there is good groundwork done in its architecture and approximate estimation of future load.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is one of the best RPA tools in the market, but over the year, their reach to customers for training and certification has been reduced, especially with the existing customers. After a particular stage in the RPA program, most of the client doesn't want to further expand on tool training or hire skilled resource, and gradually, the growth of RPA within the client start slowing down, and it becomes a BAU kind of program. Suppose Blue Prism as a vendor, can take care of upskilling the company's resources through regular training or coaching. In that case, they might have the opportunity to penetrate more BP users in the company, and once people have skills, they can drive more backlogs and grow to the central COE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
simple licensing model, friendly interface and the ability to create a workflow during debugging
What do you dislike about the product?
restoring earlier versions of the process (i.s. running and exporting)

It helps to download data from documentation, verifies claims for compensation and speeds up the payment of compensation

PDF extraction and OCR are not inbuilt, it helps if it is inbuilt and easy installation

What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to automating high-volume repetitive tasks, i find blue prism is the best automation solution, with help of queues, we can track and enhance automation capability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monitoring the automation bots is a challenge; Blue Prism can improve on control room where bot management will be easy and trackable. Faces lot of issue with Citrix automation

It helps to automate repetitive tasks, The bots can run 24*7, and it saves manual efforts. We can scale the automation as per requirements and its easy with Blueprism.

What do you like best about the product?
The best advantage is the licensing system that allows you to hire the best relation between investment and added value. For the other hand, is is robust regarding security parameters.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you work on premise you must keep udpated regarding the tool version, in order to could use all the integrations and plug-ins. I like to investigate more about the cloud version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved situations of different areas, I remember a low added administrative task that allows the organization to process thousands of documents in just seconds.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is robust, efficient, secure and compliant. This product can automate manual repetitive tasks at speed and simplicity. I have been a user of this product for 4+ years. The features of this product are simple yet effective and highly scalable. This product supports client-server architecture with which the operations team can monitor multiple runtime machines and their status centrally. The effective queue management system helps to keep track of the items the bot is currently processing at ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product can include additional programming languages in the object studio. This will help ensure that market standards and new technologies can be incorporated for Automation bots.

This product is stepping into intelligent automation space, which will help to incorporate machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities. The new features of this product, such as Automatic PDD builder, Blueprism Interact, and Blueprism Web control room, benefit the operations team in managing more bots at their current operating capacity. What do you like best about the product?
1) The UI & ease of use helps the developers to increase the speed of development and manage the Reusable components as compared to the cluttered UI offered by UI Path that confuses the flow of code. Blue Prism offers excellent security & data encryption facilities that help organizations to utilize IT minimally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The OCR capabilities are below par with the inbuilt tools, DB slowness is one of the concerns when the product reaches high scalability. Blue Prism would offer a game-changing feature if they introduce development on the Web Browser instead of native client setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Product helps in the automation of rule-based and redundant processes within the different streams of domains and businesses. This has helped us cover many process maps and generate ROIs, 3x.
