Highly capable automation tool with lots of potential
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about the Blue Prism Intelligent Automation Platform is its ease of use, and lean towards citizen development. Many alternatives on the market at convoluted, difficult to use, require a lot of hands-on interaction, and struggle to remain modern from a UX perspective. Customers are always impressed when we showcase solutions, built on the Blue Prism platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling can sometimes be clunky and the level of feedback we receive from scheduled tasks isn't always the best. We currently do more manage and monitoring than we expected, but I'm sure this will be solved with Next Gen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is automating mundane, time consuming processes across the busines, which are taking up valuable SME time. It's helping create an audit trail of workflows and requests. It's formed a relationship between IT and the business, which we didn't have before.

I love its user-friendly interface and powerful automation capabilities that boost efficiency and scalability.

I find the learning curve a bit steep for new users, and some features can feel limited in customization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SS&C Blue Prism solves issues related to manual data entry, process inefficiencies, and error-prone tasks. By automating these processes, it saves time, reduces errors, and allows my team to focus on strategic initiatives, ultimately improving project outcomes and productivity.
I have used this to basically scrap data from web applications & its been very helpful and great...
What do you like best about the product?
1. It is suitable to create basic rule based tasks such as simple data scraping using web selectors.
2. It is suitable to create complex AI driven, Machine learning driven solutions as well for large and real time data handling for big enterprise level projects also.

Frequency of using , I have mostly been using his for small-level data scraping applications ,Its been a great learning curve for me...
But when it comes to set up for the large and AI driven projects , set up & integration is a little complex is what i felt

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It mainly helps in humans doing the same jobs daily , say like fetching details from a known well known file and the format of data , it basically reduces humans repetitive jobs by building ruole-based bots.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using RPA for managing employee Onboarding, salary, and for management records.
Perfect for beginners, but still has room to grow.

easy to use especially for a first time RPA developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
when doing surface automations and too many elements matched, the app freezes up for the longest time and had to be forced closed. when doing heavy testing, it's a hassle to force close the app repeatedly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of repetitive tasks are able to be passed on to bots and no longer done by the business users. This frees up a lot of time to do other tasks.
A very good tool for all your automation activities
What do you like best about the product?
The different modules and ease of access to the users. without even the knowledge of coding users can perform automation activities like sending automated mails, deriving data from websites etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not work on certain appliactions without robot automation, there is no forum for discussing questions or solving issues.

I created a robot that could fetch data of updated detials on a webpage and email me the same every morning, puls I used it for autmated testing of webpage.

It provides robust fuctionality in a drag and drop, low code/ no-code environment to automate processes using RPA.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform makes it dificult to create custom solutions and fuctionalities, plus it is a huge cost on infrastructure and licensing.

Automate repetitive tasks for clients withing a digital BPO, from prior authorization in health insurance, to reporting and QA in customer service.

The best part was the ability to scale up further, automated the repetitive work & the integration was quite manageable

I'm not sure if its high cost a cons or not, but some topics don't have much resources available which make it hard to setup initially

The manual tasks were really a bottleneck in the daily schedule. Blueprisn helped in eliminating those and now our repeated tasks are more organised

What do you like best about the product?
We have trialed the Blue Prisim intelligent automation platform as an audio video intergrator, due to covid and supply chain issues, it has allowed us to use its accounting automation to verify products on account and avaliable quanities through price to allow our sales team to piviot in any number of tie sensative situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
only issue we had in our trial was if the software would intergrate with the Q360 better to allow it to automate more of the tedious aspects of accounting through the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allowed us to piviot in a quick and seemless way when we had product shortages throughout the covid issues
