Able to publish the common issues faced with the product and share the link to others or refer them to use the portal for quick resolution notes.

I work as a community admistrator for my company that uses inSided by Gainsight for its digital hub.
What do you like best about the product?
As a new community manager, I can say that the inSided platform is new user friendly. It did not take long to understand the platform from the front and back end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still limited in certain functionalities when it comes to designing your pages. Also, would like to be able to share gamification like badge earnings to other socials once earned on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily connect with users and partners and have them act as advocates for our products through the community hub.
Thankful for InSided (now Digital Hub)
What do you like best about the product?
As an admin, DH is extremely intuitive and easy to use. It doesn't take long to get familiar with the backend and the capabilities of the platform. Additionally, their reporting dashboards make it really easy to find the metrics I need. Lastly, the federated search functionality is incredible!
What do you dislike about the product?
While their reporting dashboards are useful, I wish we could drill deeper down into the numbers from the dashboards without having to run an export and manually cut and slice the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using DH allows us to bring our users together in a central place so they can interact and learn from each other. We can also determine what content users are looking for so we can create it.
Easy-to-use, low barriers to entry for backend users and for customers!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to navigate the platform is, and how intuitive it is when you are looking for a page of analytics and easily digestible data, without having to build out something yourself. It integrates well with so many platforms. And the service provided by Gainsight is AMAZING!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm waiting for a place for notifications for end users, that way email is not the only reachable notification avenue!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a centralized location for our self service knowledge base, and a location for our clients to connect and collaborate with their peers, in and environment that is conducive to content and thought leadership.
The platform is very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like the federated search aspect of the InSided Online community. Helps with self service very much .
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having a easier way to display or section off where customers can find a certain topic if it is old and said it will be found on the community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A one stop shop place to find not only an online community but a knowledge base and integrated with salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform helps you create different engaging activities; it innovates and creates new features every year .
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes very long to get a feature approved . We asked for one a year ago but it's not even in the process yet. We would like to see more development on this matter.

Bringing the community together and centralizing data that can be easily accessed and proccessed.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love that it syncs with our other platforms to allow us to analyze and gather insights faster. Our customers are more engaged than they ever have been and are experiencing dynamic growth of the self-help community. We also love the feature for customers to give feedback and request features and for us to show product team the ARR value of these requests because it is synced with salesforce.

Could be more options without custom HTML

It allows our customers to problem solve and engage with our product through community in a scalable way
Comfortable and UI Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly. Very comfortable to use and simple. inSided offers a space for us to share their experiences, insights, and knowledge. This integration enables us to leverage our existing workflows and gather valuable insights from community data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is definitely a pain point for us. Some users may find the platform initially complex or require a learning curve to understand its full capabilities and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it as a community portal where users will be able to post their queries and get them answered from our tech experts about our product. And yes our business performance has increased well.
