Heroku - great for mobile apps
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and setup - great documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
More free dyno hours would be great for start-ups.

Used as a mobile backend-as-a-Service for my app.
Excellent service—great for getting up and running, but not cheap

Ease of use. Heroku saves us a lot of time in creating and deploying new apps.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Heroku CI service is fairly limited, and I've had a hard time getting it to work well with a couple of our main apps (CircleCI and Travis work fine)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We ship web apps for our own projects and for clients all of the time. Heroku takes a lot of the effort out of that. Their auto-maintenance and auto-deploy services really do save us a lot of time and effort
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Heroku is great. It allows single developers or teams to get on with a project, and get it launched, without too much hassle at all. But it can start to get quite expensive quite quickly. Once you start to see substantial traffic on your site, you're going to have to ask yourself whether your budget should focus on more dynos, more code optimisation, or a different platform.
Making Application easy to deploy
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Heroku scales with you. You can easily upload a Nodejs Application using a git repository, and Heroku will handle the deployment. You don't have to worry about how it will scale with you, as they will autoscale it based on usage. This helps you with no downtime on anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Heroku is always trying to upsell you on features you may not need. To the uneducated, they'll opt into unnessacary features that are otherwise free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Heroku to deploy our custom application that keeps track of all of our technicians and clients. Heroku allows our technicians to access the app online anywhere. Compared to a regular server such as Godaddy. Heroku has allowed to to deploy a full stack application without the need of all the technical skills needed for AWS. It's the backbone of our business, and without Heroku hosting our application, we wouldn't be able to operated at the margins we currently at.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your company can't commit the time and resources to a DevOps team to manage your application, Heroku makes it easy to deploys apps without having the knowledge of managing a server.
My Experience using HeroKu for statistcis

We have recently started using HeroKu for individual performance review. It gives a clear and crisp dashboard for individual performance. It has been a great tool added to the different tools we use to make sure our employees have a clear path.

What do you like best about the product?
Heroku is an outstanding tool for new users, providing perfectly simple, easy, and rapid early distribution and environment arrangement. It offers easy arrangement, environment confirmation, and simple practicability. The Heroku CLI delivers a great user interface for cooperating with the cloud environment. The metrics involved in Heroku are brilliant as an initial means for analyzing high-level problems. It is an open-source with wide-ranging certification. It offers a general pricing strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some situations, Heroku could not be well-appropriate, because the price could be relatively higher as compared to GCP or AWS when using a few add-ons with more exclusive strategies. The cost of Heroku is not reasonably priced. Though it functions pretty good for smaller organizations, demanding little containers, it becomes very high-priced for larger applications. The value of add-on wholesalers is all the time more inconstant as Heroku enlarges the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an astonishing tool for the expansion of smaller apps, facilities, and sites that contains an inadequate budget or price estimation. It has an accessible user-friendly interface. It delivers highly scalable facilities and apps, with excessive competence to scale an app when desirable. It helps multiple databases, languages, and provide some other facilities in the form of add-ons. It is likely to get it free for smaller and simpler apps.

I really like how I can deploy my projects directly from Heroku.

I dislike how I have to use a separate service for my repository, like GitHub, rather than having everything inclusive.

Heroku has made it possible for me to set my locally hosted pages public.

My experience hosting a Python web application on Heroku
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Heroku is how fast I can have a web application up and running, even on a free tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of my projects are hosted on the free tier, which goes to sleep after a certain period of no use. When the dyno wakes again it can take upwards of 30 seconds for the webpage to load. While I can't really complain because I'm using the free version, it would be nice not to have to deal with this latency. Otherwise great product all around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm hosting a web application for a startup I do contract work for. It's a python web application using the Flask framework and deployed using gunicorn. The main benefit is the ease of use and how quick new changes can be pushed out in just a few seconds. I also like how it hooks up directly to my github repo.
Fast and Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to deploy and maintain the code in one place. stepwise instructions mostly help for users to play with the application. database and fast deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
need to improve free domains and new features. need to have a vast community to interact more with the application. pricing is little bit expensive . quality can be improved alot .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy to manage and maintain code at one place in Heroku, no need to have full knowledge to first time user easily the user can readily interact with an application.
Most sophisticated PAAS for rails apps
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a rails developer and Heroku is one of the best cloud platforms available today. It offers CLI and makes it so much easy to deployment. The UI is very crisp and easy.

It bit of an expensive product otherwise it's good

I deploy rails apps on Heroku. One of the most amazing features of Heroku is its free tier which is very helpful in local development. It gives students and experimental developers a chance to deploy their apps in the cloud instead of the local environment, which is very good.

It is one of the best PAAS solutions for rails and many more frameworks. The quality they provide is benchmark in market
Very easy platform for deploy your applications
What do you like best about the product?
what I like the most is the ease of configuration and deployment of applications. In just a few clicks and a few commands you can have your app in production and your domain with ssl
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of the hobby plan could be something less... about 3 euros a month would be fair.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I'm solving is related to devops. I don't want to be configuring servers and I want to focus more on programming my app.

Understand very well how "dynos" work.
