What do you like best about the product?
help to organize and delegate ansible jobs
What do you dislike about the product?
it is mising the ability to provide args to the templates run from scheduled jobs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mainly, it allows us to get more done with the same number of humans. we can also delegate some tasks to support personel.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to Adopt. Agentless. Advanced features. Reuseable code.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI component can be improved. It would be great if you can provide more user documentation

Automating the middleware deployment, provisioning infrastructure on the cloud.
Makes life easy
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about ansible is having user friendly interface for our customers. They easily can execute many automations without needing assistance from our engineering team, without needing them know ansible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about it but wish to have integration with terraform cloud where we can have both working together terraform and ansible for full scale setup from a to z.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AAP helps us with automating repetitive tasks and let users to completing tasks without knowing how to run ansible commands
AAP has been go to Automation platform for the ease of use and configuration.

I like the Ease of Configuration and use.

Currently None at this time.Has been great so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Red Hat Ansible Automation platform is helping us be on top with the latest patches/Fix packs available and being used to apply them with zero down town to our systems.

The simplicity of updating the server fleet without the need for extensive and expensive enrollment of third party support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Headache of getting started. Much of the issues experienced with the solution occured during the 'germination' period.

There is a vast reduction in the number of human and financial resource. Previously, we had to outsource system maintenance but now just a few adminstrators manage the enterprise suite of servers

Redhat is a wonderful product. I have nothinh in my mind to dislike

There are no problems using redhat in our organization

Creating a common place to execute jobs and manage automation.

Some of the searching through templates and workflows can be difficult. A favorite category might be useful here, to pin often-used jobs.
Configuration through code can be troublesome, so some streamlining documentation and more accessable examples would be nice, to properly setup a GitOps driven AAP setup.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creating a common ground, based on which execution environments can be built via automation, and furthermore can be used for localized testing, before pushing to the shared automation platform. The platform further gives a space for us to share with other departments, wishing to integrate better automation practices and overview.

The lack of granular RBAC controls, mainly around how much is included in execution rights
